1 /5 Gabschi fitness: Its very discouraging that I had to write this however if youre looking for a great service the most youll get from this place is selective service. I made an appointment at this place for 11:00 I made it on time however Kenie was thirty minutes late. I wanted to simply dye some greys in my hair and when she got to the location I told her please dont use any ammonia on my hair. She told me she wouldnt be using any ammonia in my hair and started to rush and put a bunch of product in my hair while talking on the phone and rushing repeating that she had a 12:00 appt. By the time she was done I had a bunch of the product soaked into the outline of my hair and dripping on the side of my face she told me that it would wash off as soon as I got home. The product she used in my hair damaged it and removed patches of skin on my face and the outline of my forehead while I was trying to wash it off. She clearly lied because products that are ammonia free wouldnt do that. My conclusion was to bald my head because of Kenies inability to pay attention to detail and incompetent for trying to make a fast buck funny she charged me 40 and I tipped her after she got the money she hurried me out her store. Never again.

Whenever I’m out, I’m often asked about my braider. The braiders are super fast, courteous, and my braids have always come out extremely neat. The salon is clean and very welcoming. The most important thing…Ms. Kenie cares about the health of her client’s hair. My edges have remained intact and I’ve never experienced any hair loss after taking my hair down. You will not be disappointed by coming to this salon.

Estefani Chavez: I took my mom to get her hair done and we let the lady know how she wanted it and also showed her a picture. She did not do what we asked for and she still charged us 328 dollar for supposedly highlights and haircut. She didn’t even cut an inch of my mom’s hair to charge us an extra 100 dollars and she didn’t even do full highlights on her hair just thin highlights. I am very disappointed with our experience specially since my mom never goes out to get her hair done. This was supposed to be a good experience for her but she isn’t happy with results and is very upset about charge. Never will be coming here again.

Amy Andre: Abraham is amazing!! Went with my 1 year old son and husband to get their hair cut and daddys beard trimmed up. Abraham was so incredibly patient with our son and did everything to make him comfortable. He had on kids shows and took his time to make sure our son was comfortable at every moment. He really went above and beyond to give our son a positive experience. Cant say enough about how awesome Abraham and this shop are. Will definitely be making this our regular spot. 5 stars for sure!!!

Stefanie Smith: I hired Krista for our H&mu for our wedding up on the north coast. I first visited the salon in Willits for a trial. It was such a welcoming and beautiful space. Krista made me feel so at home and we hit it off immediately! We had such a fun time together and she made me feel like my best self! I honestly dont wear a lot of makeup often but she made me feel sooo comfortable and confident. She was so genuine and talked me through how I was feeling, which was incredibly comforting. On our wedding day she and her team showed up and just fit into the mix so well. My bridemaids were loving the ladies and their skills and really bonding which was so nice! They were so good at picking out perfect makeup blends for each skin tone, but all staying on the same page with the soft tones we were aiming for. We had a little breakdown moment where there were some serious emotions and the team was so professional, supportive and comforting. I commented to Krista about how happy I was we found a team who really aligned with me in every way. Krista is so down to earth, caring, fun and extremely talented. I cannot reccomend her and her team enough. I seriously had the best time with them and hope to work with them again in the future!!! Thanks for everything Krista, you made my day so magical & made me feel so dang beautiful and comfortable in my skin!! xx
