1 /5 Melissa Rodriguez: Sub par experience at a upscale price. Went in specifically for cupping and a massage with a wrap and was highly disappointed and dissatisfied. What I booked online was nothing close to my experience. When the massage was over I asked when the cupping was going to happen. She looked at me and said there was no cupping scheduled. She checks her phone, immediately apologizes and then proceeds to tell me its free next time. 5 minutes free. Then she could tell that I wasnt impressed, so she offered cupping for free next time. I wasnt buying it. The reflection in my tip shows. As a customer I felt very unaware, very bamboozled, very gaslit. Not okay. Front desk needs better communication on all levels, with masuse, with clients needs and on all fronts. Nice people, but they could care less about your needs and wants as a consumer so youd better speak up because you are not a priority here. Im taking my buisness elsewhere.
