K C: This is a shame because I’ve always had such good experiences here until today when I called and was on hold for 10 min then by the time I got there ironically there were only two people in the waiting room and one of them was just checking out. I waited such a long time for even a quick second to ask a quick question and the two ladies at the desk just had their heads down ignoring the world. Funny how the sign I’m staring at states we don’t tolerate disrespect but the customer service today left a lot to be desired.
Super dissatisfied. What a huge bummer.

Staff was friendly and professional.
Doctor was thorough in his exam taking care of a few spots on my skin that needed further attention.
