Karla Guerrero: Lady ruined my hair. Dont come here. My hair was waist length and told her I wanted 3 inches off. She left one side shorter than the other. I had to go somewhere else to fix it. I ended up with short hair. I do not recommend this place
K Mart: This is such a beautiful place in Amanda such a beautiful person. I didnt expect the experience I would have when coming, and I certainly am grateful that I came here. She did a wonderful job with my hair- Ive never seen my hair this curly before. Its beautiful and I feel beautiful. Would definitely recommend thank you!
RonsteR AK: My experience over 6 months:
- She raises the prices on you in a sneaky way, she did it to me and my family 3 times.
- She cut my hair uneven and refused to fix it and got mad when I asked her to.
- She chased my mom outside just to tell her that the price is going to be more next time, she told her outside so the other customers wouldn’t hear.
- Sold me expired product and refused to return it, that was the last straw.
Gloria has no business ethics. Not worth it, go elsewhere.
Jeremiah Crossland: Ive been going to alba for almost 10 years. She used to be on mt vernon and highland and thats how I first met her. I literally sit down and she knows how i want my hair. I drive almost 40 minutes to get to her and Id rather do that than go anywhere else.
Nelda Murray: very friendly yes but my nails were horrible, too thick, flared out at the tips, took her 2.5 hours & I still had to "fix" them myself when I got home!
