Nelda Murray: very friendly yes but my nails were horrible, too thick, flared out at the tips, took her 2.5 hours & I still had to "fix" them myself when I got home!
Matias Galan: Absolutely terrible. We’ve tried coming here multiple times. You have older women cutting hair that no longer know how to style or cut current styles. I showed up with a perfect Google pic of what I wanted and they did whatever the hell they wanted to do. Me and my family will never ever return here. We always leave mad and unhappy. Never again. Only go here if you are 55+ I guess.
Josie Ortega: If I can give -20, I would. Went in today and and the Hispanic lady with bleached hair messed up my sons haircut. Not only did she mess it up, but she was laughing with the man who was cutting my other sons hair, thinking she was being discreet, because my kids dont speak Spanish. All while both of them are laughing at his hair and looking at me as if I wouldnt notice or say something. I asked her if there was a problem because I noticed her laughing at my sons head and she tried to say they were laughing at something else, but yet she had called the guy to lean over and look and both were laughing. Even if I wanted them to fix the back, it would make it look very narrow. When I was charged, I asked if it was possible to pay at least half for his because I was not happy with his cut on top of her unprofessional behavior. The young ladies there questioned me about it and still charged me the full price. As I was walking out, they were offering for the man to fix it. If they didnt behave the way they did, I would have said yes, but sadly, I would never return again or recommend this place to anyone. Man does a great job at cutting, but personally, their behavior ruined it. Ill definitely let friends, family, and coworkers aware of this place.
carlos avila: This place is real bad dont waste your time the girl with the braces and black hair cut my sons hair it was so obvious she did not k own what she was doing I almost didnt pay her..I will never go back to this place .

Angie Ramirez: My dad has been coming to Lupita since I was a lil girl. He remembers when she first started doing hair. She is the only barber that is allowed to cut my dads hair & we drive 50miles to see her. We wont go anywhere else. She is very respectful & her service is good. I love the bond she has with my dad.
