    Matt Ramirez: Scheduled an appointment for brake diagnostic due to vibrating in wheel while braking. Also needed an oil change. They called and gave me their honest opinion about the rotors having some life left and that most the vibration was due to the tires needing a rotation (which they did). The price was fair and the service was great. Definitely recommend these guys.

The owner, Rob, explained the process in advance and performed the repairs perfectly. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a classic BMW.

    Lynn Matthews: My check engine light came on Saturday, and I went to Firestone within 1-2 hours of that happening. Eric was VERY helpful. The diagnostic techs were only working on the day I came in (not the next day) so he had them check out my car to see what the issue was. They were able to reset the system (light was due to an issue that was previously addressed by Firestone back in January of this year) I was not charged for the visit, and Eric said I just need to come back in if the light comes on again. I did have to wait a couple of hours there, but the waiting room was comfortable, bathrooms were handy, coffee available, etc. **I normally go to a different Firestone locally (the one on T.O. Blvd), but this location is MUCH better. Cleaner. More bays for the cars to be worked on. Closer to the mall, should the repair take longer than expected ;-)

Not to mention very friendly, professional, informative & answered all my questions! Now I feel better about returning there for services.
