The service was top-notch, and I was especially impressed with how fast they had my car ready. Ken was incredibly helpful—friendly, professional, and always had a smile on his face. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time my car needs service. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dr Came in with an mechanical issue on my car. My car was there for a year and I picked it up with more issues and missing peices from my interior. Wouldnt trust them at all

Kris Mavity This local business owner, John Williams, had been in this business since he was a teenager. He has scruples and morals and is really just a great guy to know. Once, facing an expensive major fix on my Mazda, (central computer module which his shop diagnosed) he told us that it should still be covered by our warranty even though we had had the car for 10 years. That meant giving up a very sweet payday since we had to visit the mfg dealership instead. It’s the kind of guy he is. Another time a repair was performed and a week later some fluid started leaking all over our driveway. I called on a Saturday. He told me to bring it in immediately. I did so and he inspected it on the spot, saw it was the wrong part and fixed it for free. He also have be a bucket of special automotive soap to make driveway spotless again. This is the kind of guy you want to develop a relationship with. Very trustworthy shop and competent.

marisa m Juan Hernandez manages and works with the best team. Unlike other places I tried in 91320 they cared and took the time and knowledge to get my vehicle running back up to par. They will communicate and show you whats going on and what needs to be done to fix your issue/s. J.C. Moore My soulmate and I proudly call Juan our mechanic. I have a 2006 Hybrid Highlander that has over 200K miles. Nov. 2023 my Highlander broke down with a transmission failure. Juan fixed it handsomely with a lot more resonable costs. It runs still great! March 2025, other parts of my Highlander started having some issues like making a clicky click noise every turn I make. Also, my car was uncomfortably wobbly in th last several months . I took it to a Fire Stone auto place for checkup: R/L control arms, struts, axels, etc. needed to keep my car safe to drive. I needed a second opinion so my boyfriend suggested Juan again. He repaired it again with a lot more reasonable price with caring. He gave us a full explanation on each repair in detail in a very timely manner. His job was done and then the old parts on display in order for us to see what was done. In the end, you could fully appreciate what he did. He is a great mechanic and his crews, too. My soulmate takes all his cars there and he has a few. Brad Parsa Previously reviewed under Alignments Plus about eleven months ago. Tim, Max, Jim, and Nick are a pleasure to work with. I’ve had several alignments performed here in previous years, and they’ve always done a great job with that. This time, they helped me to make informed decisions about prepping my vehicle for sale. Had a few services done and the car drives great. They’re extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to explain things thoroughly. The final bill was consistent with the initial estimate, which is always a good thing. Will be using Conejo Precision for all future maintenances. Recommend highly with zero hesitation.

I needed brakes for my Porsche, and Mirek and his Team didnt mess around trying to push aftermarket or made in China products on my car. They put genuine parts on and even saved the manufacturer boxes/packaging for me. I cant tell you how nice it is to have confidence in you car being serviced without paying huge dealer marked up prices! Dont waste your time going to any car mechanic period! We have been bringing our cars here for almost 20 years! If you want individuals that communicate well, treat you with respect, honesty, and have complete integrity along with a stellar positive attitude then German Tech Auto Repair is the company to go with! Make sure to ask for Mirek, he is nothing short of amazing at being so helpful and even went the extra mile to help make sure every single detail of our car was taken care of. He took care of all my questions and made this the most effortless and best experience I have ever had in any automotive repair Ive ever done. Further my Dad went to pick up the car and at my Dads old age, Mirek was so patient with him explaining to him everything that had happened and even showed him physically where the repair happened, the cause, etc. A+++ service all around!!!

Bob Aptaker Great service! I recently purchased a completely restored 1973 BMW 2002, and soon needed a clutch repair. I was nervous about finding the right shop to work on it. Several people recommended Rob’s shop. I contacted Robert who coordinated everything. Robert communicated well and was easy to reach. The owner, Rob, explained the process in advance and performed the repairs perfectly. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a classic BMW.

My excursion needed the hood and roof repainted and they did a great job making my favorite vehicle look great again! My daughter also brought her car in for damage due to mice. They fully cleaned it out and restored her car back to its original condition. I will always bring my vehicles to Conejo Valley Auto Center its so valuable to have someone you can TRUST!

Michael Ehrlich I took my car to have the rear seat bottom cushion removed so that I could clean out the plastic covering shards and elastic straps that the dealer did not remove before delivery. Was helped by Trenton, the manager, who was extremely accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The shop was immaculate, and the young fellow in the back, who handles the interiors, easily removed the seat and helped me get it back in. It was a lovely experience. Was highly impressed by their accommodating customer service and professional operation. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

jcoh11 com Chris was the supervising employee who oversaw the repair on my Infiniti. His professionalism and congenial manner was exceptional with daily updates as to the rate of repair. The car was completed sooner than projected and was in pristine shape: perfect dent and paint correction. The car was completely cleaned inside and out.

Emmaus Townsend Alex and his brother did an amazing job replacing my window regulator, and even checked out my whole vehicle. The turn around time was super quick, ordering the part right away, and fixing day of dropping off. Very honest price and super nice guys!

T Mart Horrible! They overcharged me and totally lied that I needed my brakes replaced. I went in for an oil change which they significantly overcharged me. They then insisted I needed all of my brakes replaced. They first quoted me one price. Then I gave a "what the?" face, he then quoted me half the price. I took my car that same day to an amazing auto break-specific auto shop on TO Blvd who was wonderful and fully honest. He said that my brakes were totally fine and did not need replacing. He actually said my front brakes were brand new! Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I do NOT recommend this shop for anything at all!

April Sallie-Juels I have been taking my cars to Mike for over 20 years! He was always honest and affordable. I remember when Kyle worked with Mike a few years ago. He was friendly and Mike trusted his work. I have moved 1 1/2 hours away and still bring my car to Kyle! Im thrilled that Kyle took over when Mike retired. Mike Mallinger Been coming to this Firestone for years and they always take good care of me and are fair and honest. Went to take my car in for some work that I thought might be needed done. Spoke with Traci (Tracy?) and she advised me of a quick remedy that in the end saved me probably $300-400. Really appreciate this location and Tracis help and honesty. (Plus they always give me the best discounts they can find, even without me asking). I will continue bringing my car here for all its auto needs).
