Kerry Greenwood Derek Bishop is a top-notch customer service technician. He was friendly & knowledgeable, and took me through the whole process of maintenance on my car plus other services he recommended that were needed. He set me up with a loaner car and made sure I understood its nuances (I drive a 2007 Rx 400h). A+ service!

Carol Jones Who would ever think that just bringing your car in for service would leave you feeling so uplifted? I certainly would’ve never thought this.
I was dreading the hassle of taking my car in for its regular service (I’d put it off for several weeks, of course).
But then I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Graham. I was in quite a mood and made a comment about being stressed out over something? and within a few minutes Graham and I were exchanging ideas about life and the human condition and he had completely turned my mood around.
As a psychotherapist I’m pretty good at doing that for other people, but no one has ever done it for me in the way that Graham did.
After that wonderful exchange (Which to be honest, I didn’t want to end), I was in a much better mood. I was then escorted inside to sit with a service advisor, Derek Bishop.
Derek continued the positive experience by putting me completely at ease, sensing any concerns I had about my car or the process of servicing it, And like his partner Graham, Derek left me completely uplifted by his unique and fun personality.
To be honest, I’ve never written one of these reviews on yelp or anywhere else.
I’m in my sixties and this is the first time I’ve been moved to do so.
I think that speaks for Itself, doesn’t it?
