UCSF Sol Silverman Oral Medicine Clinic
Richard Margoluis: I wasted more than six years seeing local physicians, dentists, physical therapists, and massage therapists to deal with severe TMJ pain and immobility before ending up going to the Sol Silverman Oral Medicine Clinic. It is quite a trek from my home to San Francisco so I was reluctant to go. But now I wish it had been the first place I went rather than the last. I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Rashmi Mishra and her colleague, Dr. Nivethitha Nagarajan. They listened, analyzed, and problem-solved before jumping to treatment. They started with the least invasive procedure and basically cured 90% of my problems during my very first visit. What a relief! Thank you, Drs. Mishra and Nagarajan!
Noah B. Simons, MD, FAAP - San Francisco
    Noah B. Simons, MD, FAAP
Ankit Agarwal: Dr. Simons is excellent! We started with him when our son was a newborn. He is very responsive (both in person and via emails when we have questions as first time parents) and is generally very casual (but still attentive/detail-oriented) in his evaluations and his visits. I am a physician and value high-quality care - and Dr. Simons is definitely that! While not key to making a choice in physician, his medical office is also quite nice and scheduling/getting through to staff is relatively easy compared to many other offices. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Simons and staff!
Pacific Pediatrics Medical Group - San Francisco
Rich Daigle: The 2 stars are for the fact that they were close by and easy for us to get to but that’s about it. I understand that people are busy but the front desk staff are unfriendly and rude. The DRs seem to be just going through the motions (except Dr. Facuda, but we never got to see her) as they mindlessly shrugs they shoulders about any question you might have. The nurses were actually pretty great, that was the only good thing about this place. Lastly they will nickel and dime you for everything, including getting your child’s information to a new doctor, that was the last straw for us, I hope the nurses and Dr. Facuda escape that dead end, sad eyed place. Look elsewhere.
Boykoff Alla MD - San Francisco
Katya Pronichenko: I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boycoff because I was feeling very unwell and needed care. I appreciated that the office was able to accommodate me on short notice, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Boycoff was disappointing. During the visit, she dismissed my questions and requests, making comments such as, «У меня нет времени на вас. Вы знаете, сколько у меня пациентов?» (“I don’t have time for you. Do you know how many patients I have?”) and «Почему вы просто не пошли в urgent care? Если бы я знала, я бы даже не назначила вам встречу.» (“Why didn’t you just go to urgent care? If I had known, I wouldn’t have even scheduled you.”) When I asked to call my mom so she could ask a few clarifying questions, the doctor declined, stating, «Нет. Я уже сказала, у меня нет на вас времени.» (“No. I already said, I don’t have time for you.”) During my visit, I asked Dr. Boycoff if I had COVID or could be tested, she said, “I won’t test you. Everyone knows that you go to the store and do home tests for COVID.” She then proceeded to tell me that she believed I did not have COVID and prescribed the antibiotic Azithromycin. When I asked if I should go to urgent care, she said there was no need since I had already come to her office. However, not feeling confident in the rushed diagnosis, I went to urgent care afterward, where I tested positive for COVID and was prescribed an antiviral instead of an antibiotic. After the visit, I called the doctor’s office to request the doctor’s notes be sent to me. The office told me they would send them, but I never received them. Overall, I felt that my concerns were not addressed and that the care provided was rushed and dismissive. While I appreciate that the office accommodated me on short notice, this interaction did not meet my expectations for professional and compassionate medical care. I hope this feedback is only helpful for improving the experience of future patients, as I do not enjoy posting negative feedback.
    Dameron Hospital - Stockton
    Dameron Hospital
David Martin: My goodness time sure changes a place. Thirty two years ago Dameron was a wonderful experience. Today, an inconsistent level of professionalism. What’s the expectation by leadership of themselves to have staff behave in such a manner. Maybe it’s time for a leadership change. Reached out to several of the leaders with no response. I’d add photos but it would not be appropriate. Go and look for yourself.

Salima Cavness: The parenting classes by Pam are amazing and informative. She really helps me understand this journey and all the ups and downs. It makes me feel confident in my partner on this incredible Journey. I love the fact they fill in the gaps with the doctors office.

Heather Long: I recently visited the emergency room at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, and I was thoroughly captivated with the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a compassionate and professional medical team who put me at ease during a stressful time. RN Sean stood out as an exceptional provider. His attentive care and clear explanations of my treatment made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Haberman, Zachary C MD, was equally impressive. His expertise and thoroughness were evident as he explained my condition and outlined the next steps in my care. His calm demeanor and willingness to answer my questions put me at ease and significantly improved my experience. The entire team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of emergency care.

Hollin Wilbur: I have had nothing but a hard time. Youre rushed in your appointment with MOST but not all doctors. Then referrals take forever, you have to be on the ball about following up on them. Canceled appts that the doctor has to reschedule and almost all appointments are months out. Worst thing is living in Lodi, a town of 80,000+ people and I am being made to travel to Stockton, Sacramento, Elk Grove for specialist doctors like Dermatology, Child Orthopedic, Cardiac, Sleep, Ear Nose Throat. Why in a town that size must we go out of town to be seen. Not efficient for patients.
Emergency Room at Dignity Health - St. Josephs Medical Center - Stockton
Shua Her: Don’t Let one night of bad experience hold you back from going again! Long story short, Back in August when my infant had a fever, I brought my baby into the ER. The nurses at the time were rude. They made me feel stupid for bringing my child in. Mind you I’m a first time mom too. One of the nurses that night came to see me and my child and told me they’re not going to run test on my baby because there’s a long line and I’ll be waiting 3 hrs just to run some test and that it’s probably nothing so they just did a covid test and sent me home. Fast foward to Dec 20, My baby had a fever again and I waited out but I can’t seem to bring down the temp. Down. I keep telling myself I’ll wait till Monday to call his pediatrician because I refused to go to the ER again because I was afraid of feeling stupid again by the nurses. Midnight came on Dec 23. My baby fever spiked up again and had rash all over his head and face. I rushed him to the ER and we got checked in and seen real fast! The nurses and staff that night was so sweet and amazing! We love Dr. Al!(I believe Alvarado?) I told him my concern and he listened! He ordered a test right away and turns out my baby had an infection! St Joseph if you’re reading this, Dr. Al deserves a praise! Back to my point, don’t let a bad experience ruined your next visit. I’m glad I took my baby in after all.
