My wife and I saw this shop on a commercial, and decided to give them a try; not to disparage any other shops by name, but we have used a few since we moved up here, and felt very taken advantage of. That is NOT the experience we felt when we came here. We towed our vehicle to them in the morning, they diagnosed it very quickly when it arrived, sent the estimate to approve the work, and away we went. Avery was so kind to my wife on the phone and sometimes she can ask a lot of questions! She answered them all without missing a beat, and we picked up our car the same day. We will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else when we need maintenance on them. We were very, very pleased with them. I hope they stay here for years, and years to come!

They diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs Once I authorize them to do so.I had a 2 Different issues, one with the cooling system and the other with the ignition system and the repairs were very reasonable. They are five stars and will have my business in the future.

Reaper X: So I wanna start by saying this, the owner was very friendly & completed the work on my vehicle within a day. Now the bad! My normal mechanic was closed that day so I was forced to find another so I found sals. Long story short he charged me 1200$ for a 500$ job. My normal mechanic ( apex ) would have charged me 586$ for my fuel pump replacement. Sal charged me 1200$. So the labor should have been about 190$ he charged me 670$. I basically paid double what I should have. I understand hes a businessman however scamming people out of their hard earned money is wrong. I hope you have the smarts to find an honest mechanic. Sal Is not that.

Samantha Johnson: I brought my car to this shop on June 19, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. He tore my car apart supposedly to send pictures to insurance—but used the wrong claim number and even said it was the wrong name proving he didn’t listen to anything I said in the first place cause my insurance is in my sisters name and Every time I followed up, it was a new excuse: first the claim, then the photos weren’t right, then suddenly my car was going to sit there for weeks—torn apart and unusable. After speaking with my insurance and other companies, I realized this guy has a reputation for being shady and completely unprofessional. He wasted my time, damaged my car situation, and stalled the entire insurance process. This place isn’t just bad for business—it’s run by someone who clearly doesn’t care about being honest or responsible with people’s property or time. I wouldn’t trust him personally or professionally. Save yourself the stress and avoid Auto Inc. at all costs.

Tammy Ballard: Dave the owner was very helpful. My check engine light came on. I took my car to a mechanic up the street he said it was the turborcharger and the repair cost would be between 1600 to 2000 another place quoted me 3000 t0 5000. I took it to Autmotive service center where they first made sure that was the problem once they concluded it was the cost to replace it was under 1200. The service was excellent Iwill definitely take my car back there for any future problems. I highly recommend them and would like to say thank you to for all time you spent on my car

Jer Bear: I am very thankful this place was able to work me in so quickly and during a holiday week. I needed new bearings in the differential and axles as well as seals. It was more costly than I had hoped, but they got the job done rather quickly. After I picked up the car and had it for a few days it started making a bad noise again and I took it back and one of the wheel bearings was going out. Thankfully I had a spare and they installed it without charging me... Hard to find service like that these days. Thank you!
