Steffanie Byrnes: I need a procedure under my left eye. I got an authorization a month ago. The referral was extremely vague, didnt explain anything about the procedure or even who I was seeing. I was told by a customer service the authorization was already sent. It was not. I finally talked to a nurse at the hospital that told me what to do. If there is a complex issue, customer service should work with you and trying to figure out what is going on. I really feel that this healthcare dropped the ball. I also didnt feel my concern was taken seriously. I will give it a second star of the third customer service representative sends the authorization. It should not be this hard to get a needed procedure. Nor should they lie and not bother to send the authorization over.
Olivia Jun: Thanks to the comfortable environment and friendly staff, every visit during my pregnancy was a pleasant and relaxing experience. My doctor, Dr. Kong, patiently answered all my questions and took the time to provide thorough and attentive care. Since she is widely known for her exceptional skills, her schedule was always fully booked, which meant I had to travel between Irvine and Laguna. Despite that minor inconvenience, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

We like him a lot for being ready to listen -- and devote to it as much time as needed, -- discuss possible solutions, and follow up with further suggestions. The staff is always helpful, polite, and respectful.
Karin Bassford: Fantastic staff! We had stopped coming here in the past because the nurse who was always here was horribly mean and had no tact or bedside manner. The staff her now that she is gone is absolutely fantastic! We are so glad we can come back here and feel taken care of. This place is amazing. Always such a pleasant and quick experience.
