GODS WORD IS HONORED PLUS the Spirits work is welcome without wierdness. The lead pastor is a man with no guile and walks the walk. They have a great childrens ministry as well. Modesto. people are super friendly. Definitely a church to call home. LOVE of Jesus is genuinely shown. GOD BLESS

1 /5 Sammy Sweets: Was not happy with the 10 minutes I spent in this place. My friend invited me so I went and it was normal but they dont have parking. I had to leave because there is no place to park and I didnt want my car taken. The pastor was just talking about how the ushers need to do better when helping people find parking so there is not a issue. There is guy tha keeps walking from the church to big parking lot we are not allowed to park in and just looks at me weird cause I was waiting on the wall of there church and he couldnt say 1 word to me. I was already embarrassed having to walk out when church just started but even more not knowing where to go or what to do and no help from anyone. I know I need a home church but will not be somewhere tha people cant even speak to someone new.

Parents are really friendly at least most of them. Staff has been really supportive for my daughter who needs services. They have really worked with her and I cant say I appreciate this enough. Its only been a week or so. I will update as time passes a little.

Not only am I an ordained priest of the ULC, they are chartering my Temple (Shrine of the Irish Oak Inc.) as a local ULC congregation, since we share the same zeal to protect freedom of religion for all.

College Avenue United Church of Christ - Modesto

Moka: This church USED to be amazing. Back when pastor Micheal and when youth pastor rob were there. Now that both have now left it’s garbage. Since 2021, I can now say that this church is full of old people stuck in the past unable to move forward. The children are cared for, only because they could possibly be new church mates. the old people are judgmental and two faced. the young people from teens to mid 40s are ignored. If you’re looking for a church who wants to APPEAR welcoming go ahead. However they have a current pastor Erin who’s sermons Are boring. Not only is her voice unappealing and bleak but she brings up inappropriate topics to justify the Bible passage or message of the day. Church isn’t supposed to be political to personal yet they are. I now realize that the church has two sides, the side that wants to improve the church for the better ina good progressive way, and the other side that’s stuck up, hypocritical, unchanging and only pushing their agenda.
