1 /5 jos mtz: I was excited, and had a positive perspective, looking forward to meet the church members, especially because my wife was in the home. To my surprise, I felt belittled. I was told I couldnt speak, be near, and if I was going to attend services, I had to sit in the balcony, as far away from the mother of my children, all because we didnt have a marriage certificate. I kept attending, and respectfully followed their orders. I would get the cold shoulder, and started feeling discouraged. I would pray to God to forgive them for there imperfections. After a while, I felt unwanted at the church. I went through a state of depression, which made me stop attending, and more, because I couldnt be there to support my wife.
