Im still actually a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian in Chattanooga, Tennessee, but in good faith, Ima giving yall 5 stars ANYWAY, cause its been told "Cumberlanders" are pretty good people. Actually, in truth... Cumberland Presbyterian church broke from the Presbyterian at some point in the 1800s because the "regular" Presbyterian churches doctrine proclaimed predestination. The Cumberlanders are based in salvation by Gods Grace thru the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Sang in the choir for nearly 30 years.

Stephen D. I arrived at the First Church of the Nazarene and was greeted by two friendly young members. It was my first time I had visited the Church. The architecture of the building is interesting and beautiful. I was attending the Dave Ramsey University class there. The members were very kind, and one of them personally guided me through to the other side of the campus to the conference rooms. He took me right to where I needed to be. The place seems friendly and well organized. They were certainly friendly and helpful to me. I met some members of the church in the classroom. Pretty standup type people. Very solid. And they never got down on the floor and rolled in the aisles. Not once!!!

Diane Massey We love Sound House Church. We don’t live in Southern California, but visit there 4-5 times a year and never miss a Sunday when we are there! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Ryan’s message always resonates. We drive away after service and my husband and I always say that if we lived in Southern California, Sound House would be our home church.

Tillie Mishclich I began attending Sound House Church about 3 years ago. What a blessing it has been!! Shortly after my first attendance I made it my home church. I love that its not just a church on Sunday. They have outreaches, bible studies, community groups, and a great program for kids! Pastor Ryan teaches from the Bible and delivers Gods word in a way that is understandable and relatable. Associate Pastor Chad does the same. For me Sunday service would not be complete without some praise and worship. You should see (or maybe hear) the amazing Worship team!! If youre looking for a good church with solid values and a friendly congregation you should give Sound House a try.

Elizabeth Reyes This is a very multicultured Church this is what happens going to be like. Everyone is basically nice the pastors are friendly. They have a lot of activities for the youth. The only thing I would say there is that they need to have the young people do some charity work not just all party and eating. Very have people there that will pray for you if you feel the need for more. My friend made me laugh when she said why do the Hispanics church have more food after service than a church than the bigger church LOL. This church does a lot does a lot for the community it has a farmers market which is free. Also has a food pantry. Your children will have a lot of fun . They try to do fun things for the children to do, they also have and they also have Nursery so you can enjoy the service. The only other thing and I would suggest is that they do more for the homeless community. They could collect blankets and other things like socks and underwear that homeless people could use also jackets. There are many people that need help especially the mentally ill that people tend to ignore.

Giada C Service is fire. I go to Youth Group here and PK Preaching is OP. I like the food at the sanctuary and everyone here is really nice. They are super hospitable and Luz Y Vida welcomed me with open arms. Some of the kids are mid but overall fire experience.

It seems like Im just saying that because it would be the best place to be forever changed. The ministry and community here is really special, welcoming and is diligently seeking God. He is very knowledgeable and uses his many experiences to help illustrate Gods message. He has a great sense of humor too, and I always learn something new each week. This church has alot of missions abroad and outreach programs that serve long beach. They also have local activities for everyone. I love Cornerstone!

This place is SO welcoming, has great classes and the best priests . The music is beautiful, there is plenty of parking and lots of space ! Dottsie Nat Im a member of this parish and have been for over 15 years. The parish is open to all and i became part of it because i felt its a warm and accepting parish. You will feel welcomed with open arms from both the priests and community. The masses are traditional but the homily s are related to modern lifestyles. The parish offers alot of extra activities in faith formation, neighborhood out reach, activities for all ages from elementary school thru parishioners in golden years. They have annual book sales, fashion shows, art shows, some with artist from international locals, cont ed for religious growth, giving trees to help make Christmas brighter for the children who would otherwise not have one. I could keep.going on but suffice it to say they offer alot to the neighborhood, and the neighborhood gives back. You will have a sense of belonging to a bigger community....life. Plus i just love the Irish priests....i could listen to their musical accents forever.
