I love that its not just a church on Sunday. They have outreaches, bible studies, community groups, and a great program for kids! Pastor Ryan teaches from the Bible and delivers Gods word in a way that is understandable and relatable. Associate Pastor Chad does the same. For me Sunday service would not be complete without some praise and worship. You should see (or maybe hear) the amazing Worship team!! If youre looking for a good church with solid values and a friendly congregation you should give Sound House a try.

There has always been and continues to be the most welcoming community that I immediately felt from our first Sunday visiting. From the worship and message to the kids programs and womens ministry, I love every aspect of this church. Ive gotten to know so many friends through the community groups they host throughout the year in a more casual setting and I cant tell you how blessed Ive been by the new mom group, MomCo, and the various womens events and retreats. My kids love VBS every summer and there are so many other fun events throughout the year that we look forward to. If youre looking for a church in Long Beach for your family, definitely give this one a try!

Elizabeth Reyes: This is a very multicultured Church this is what happens going to be like. Everyone is basically nice the pastors are friendly. They have a lot of activities for the youth. The only thing I would say there is that they need to have the young people do some charity work not just all party and eating. Very have people there that will pray for you if you feel the need for more. My friend made me laugh when she said why do the Hispanics church have more food after service than a church than the bigger church LOL. This church does a lot does a lot for the community it has a farmers market which is free. Also has a food pantry. Your children will have a lot of fun . They try to do fun things for the children to do, they also have and they also have Nursery so you can enjoy the service. The only other thing and I would suggest is that they do more for the homeless community. They could collect blankets and other things like socks and underwear that homeless people could use also jackets. There are many people that need help especially the mentally ill that people tend to ignore.

The 10am service has 2 options of worship. The main service has a full band and larger congregation and a small service with a more mellow unplugged worship service. The sermons have always been biblically sound. They usually work through a topic not a book of the bible.
