I just wanted a basic manicure with gel they kept on pushing. for me to get power over my nails didn’t realize that it was acrylic. He said it would be super healthy. Then I asked my sister who gets her nails done every two weeks to one week. She said that that is horrible for you now it was too late already had it done and very bad she didn’t even clean under the nails they looked at lumpy and looks like they had air bubbles was my first time won’t be going back. overpriced for what they do.

I’ve been going to the same nail salon for 10+ yrs , time after time again even tho the work wasn’t all that great I was very comfortable & knew the job would be at least decent. How over today I decided to give NULUK NAIL a try since they’re so close to home & the worked looked nice . The man that greets you when you call or walk in the sweetest man. The place is nice & clean . I originally wanted to see ivy today since I came I came across her work in TikTok and I liked it . However she was busy & he told me to give Cathy a try & I’m so glad I did . She was also very kind & gentle. pays close attention to detail. Never once felt rushed to get me out , she’s very friendly & made small talk . I honestly fell in love with my nail . I’ll update my post once I get a pedicure done , but as far as for gel x nails & the quality of there work ! It’s honestly really good .

    EMB: I want to start by saying I was very excited to come here because I use to come all the time before I had my kids. But the experience was super disappointing. Went in with gel x nails to remove and re put on and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. And the massage was very long which was great. It doesn’t seem like they do everything it lists but regardless it was nice. My nails on the other hand were awful. Once he put them on and went to paint them I mentioned they were sticking up off my finger and he said they weren’t. I didn’t question it again until I was debating on the colors he put on my finger. I mentioned again they were way too far off my nails and didn’t look natural. He try’s to fix them and says because my nail beds are short I should’ve done acrylic because he put extra gel underneath them to hold them better. One I asked about both he said they were the same so why not suggest what would look better? Two my gel x before were not like that. So sorry but that’s not true. He tried to cut them down short and ask if I wanted to keep them I once again said no please remove I don’t like them. So i spent an extra about 35-40 minutes after my pedicure to leave with no nails. I’m a mom of a one year old and a 2 month old and rarely get out to do these things and it’s the week before mothers day and instead of leaving happy with nails I left with nothing. On top of all this they tried to charge me to remove the nails even though I only removed them to redo them I told them no I wouldn’t pay for that and couldn’t believe they actually were gonna charge me. I complained to the manger before leaving and he said oh sorry didn’t offer to do anything for me or even sincerely apologize. I even explained to him how upsetting it was cause I rarely get to do these things and he acted like he could care less. So disappointing. I wouldn’t reccomend which is a bummer because the pedicure was nice and long.
