2 /5 jenna davidson: I came in today and unfortunately did not have as good of a time as I had hoped. Me and the person I was with were the only people there besides one other lady which was nice. However, it seemed like two of the nails techs were arguing and yelling at each other which made me feel uncomfortable.
I wanted to brush it off as them having a bad day which is completely normal but the lady doing my nails filed the sides of my nails down so bad that my nails are bleeding. She also drilled on my nails too much and it caused me a lot of pain. She also hit the drill up against my hand which hurt a lot.
I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and have never experienced so much pain with filing or drilling.
It just felt like if they were having an argument, she was upset and taking it out on my nails.
I may or may not go back as they could’ve been having a bad day and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt — but the pain I’m having with my nails hours later is excruciating.
