    EMB: I want to start by saying I was very excited to come here because I use to come all the time before I had my kids. But the experience was super disappointing. Went in with gel x nails to remove and re put on and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. And the massage was very long which was great. It doesn’t seem like they do everything it lists but regardless it was nice. My nails on the other hand were awful. Once he put them on and went to paint them I mentioned they were sticking up off my finger and he said they weren’t. I didn’t question it again until I was debating on the colors he put on my finger. I mentioned again they were way too far off my nails and didn’t look natural. He try’s to fix them and says because my nail beds are short I should’ve done acrylic because he put extra gel underneath them to hold them better. One I asked about both he said they were the same so why not suggest what would look better? Two my gel x before were not like that. So sorry but that’s not true. He tried to cut them down short and ask if I wanted to keep them I once again said no please remove I don’t like them. So i spent an extra about 35-40 minutes after my pedicure to leave with no nails. I’m a mom of a one year old and a 2 month old and rarely get out to do these things and it’s the week before mothers day and instead of leaving happy with nails I left with nothing. On top of all this they tried to charge me to remove the nails even though I only removed them to redo them I told them no I wouldn’t pay for that and couldn’t believe they actually were gonna charge me. I complained to the manger before leaving and he said oh sorry didn’t offer to do anything for me or even sincerely apologize. I even explained to him how upsetting it was cause I rarely get to do these things and he acted like he could care less. So disappointing. I wouldn’t reccomend which is a bummer because the pedicure was nice and long.

    Lovina Sundah: Loved the service from beginning to end. Else was my esthetician for the day, and she made things go by so smooth! Once I entered the building, I immediately fell in love with the environment and the warm welcome from the employees. The place was decorated so cutely with Easter decor as well! Now as far as the facial, it was the most amazing and comfortable experience. Else knew what she was doing and I just had a great time being able to relax and let the work speak for itself! I came back from the room with glossy and glowy skin, feeling brand new! Loved the results and loved the place. Highly recommend if youre ever in the area or in the mood for an epic facial :)

    Susanne Jeffrey: Girls Weekend included a day at The Spa at Sec-he on our trip to Palm Springs. There were 9 ladies in our group. Booking for a large group was easy and we were able to group our services close together. Everyone raved about their massages and the amenities were great. I received an excellent massage from Clarissa. We enjoyed lunch outside by the pool as well as the salt cave, cold plunge, steam room and many others. When in Plam Springs, a day at The Spa at Sec-he is a MUST!! Thank to the whole staff for a wonderful experience!

She uses the absolute best products and her salon and tools are impeccably clean , she is so amazing I book my appointments 5-6 months in advance. Book her if you want the best mani or pedi ever !

    Michelle Samson: Amazing!! Let me start off by saying yes they are a busy place but they get the job done quickly and details are on point. I went in as a walk in with my daughter and mother in law we waited 10mins at most. Super friendly offered water made us feel much welcomed . Was patient with what I wanted to decide to do. Even helped me along the way. They work quick but not sloppy. I had my daughter do a simple gel manicure also my mother in law did too. This is the only place that does the manicures to where it doesn’t even chip off my daughter’s nails. I asked for xsmall gel x nails almond shaped . She did an amazing job I am in love with them and the amount of compliments I get it’s amazing. I love coming here. Will be back again!
