The cut was good but the hair color she wanted was not it. they ignored the color she wanted and basically just gave her the same hair she already had. We tried talking to the person who did her hair and see if we can fix it thats all we asked. But nope she completely ignored us for weeks. Dint seem to care for my wifes hair. Spend $250 here. For them to rush my wife out the door didnt even dry her hair. And for them to not give her the hair color she wanted. Would not recommend this place.

sally mac: A what a very nice salon, pretty and clean and nice and open. My husband goes there regularly so I thought I would try it out since it’s close to us. I’m so glad I did. Lexi (Alejandra) colored my hair today and did a fabulous job. She spent so much time with me getting the color absolutely perfect and I’ve spent ages trying to get it to this light a shade without being yellow. Their prices are reasonable and everyone in the shop seems really nice. I definitely recommend this salon.

The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning. She came in on her day off (Chinese Thanksgiving), which I thought was very nice of her to do. She did an amazing, beautiful job with my hair. She put A LOT of care into my hair and I LOVE IT. She took my hair health into consideration at every step. And she chose a color that would match my skin tone better. She made me feel so much more confident. Now I know where to go for all of my hair needs. Thank you Queena!!
