Michelle Ponce: I recently got my hair colored at a salon in Ventura. I absolutely hated it, it wasn’t at all what I wanted. The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning. She came in on her day off (Chinese Thanksgiving), which I thought was very nice of her to do. She did an amazing, beautiful job with my hair. She put A LOT of care into my hair and I LOVE IT. She took my hair health into consideration at every step. And she chose a color that would match my skin tone better. She made me feel so much more confident.
