5 /5 Michelle Ponce: I recently got my hair colored at a salon in Ventura. I absolutely hated it, it wasn’t at all what I wanted. The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning. She came in on her day off (Chinese Thanksgiving), which I thought was very nice of her to do. She did an amazing, beautiful job with my hair. She put A LOT of care into my hair and I LOVE IT. She took my hair health into consideration at every step. And she chose a color that would match my skin tone better. She made me feel so much more confident. Now I know where to go for all of my hair needs. Thank you Queena!!

1 /5 Jazmine: Connie did my hair, not very communicative on the steps she was doing to color my hair. My hair had reddish orange patches all around :( Her and Queena offered to fix my hair but I did not want to risk my hair getting more damaged

5 /5 Xtremeskier909: Take it from a Asian American girl with long, course, and thick hair. I have been going to them for 2 years. I travel a lot for work and I will purposely hold out months at a time just to get a descent hair cut. Mary and Queena do a great job of truly keeping my cuts as promised and my blow outs are always on point. Its rare to find a hairstylist who knows how to take care of thick and unruly hair. Thank you.

1 /5 Tiffany Myers: First off I will say Queena is great. But heaven forbid you get someone else. The young girl butchered my sons hair earlier this year. Then Queena did it after that. It was good when queena did it. This time we get Jonny. My son had long shaggy, curly like hair. Told him, trim the front just above the eyes, trim the sides and dont touch the back. My son came out with a military cut. Whats worse is Jonny didnt apologize, he said I didnt hear you say that. My son said it, I walked over and also said it. He was a complete jerk. Completely ruined the hair My son has been growing out. Her staff just does NOT listen. And are rude on top of that. I just think we wont be going back. I shouldnt have had to pay.
