Ahnjaelee: This locally owned beauty salon located at Vallejo Plaza Shopping center. Appointments and walk are also welcome. My mom had microshading ombre brows for a decent price, my daughter also had her first ever haircut. I also had mine done here and I highly recommend this salon. The owner, Ann, is very nice and accommodating . Great skills doing hair and brows with flexible schedule.
