4 /5 Ethxn Laptop: 4 stars because she did a good job working on my hair both times. however the first time i went in it was $70 for hair coloring and a free touch up. The second time i came back almost a half year later it was $90 for the same coloring and $25 for a touch up which means it would be $115. I didnt bother to do a touch up because of the fee
