4 /5 Bernard Auger: I just acquired my 2nd Mini Cooper recently and needed to get an oil change, so I brought it in to Frank’s a few weeks ago. Everybody was knowledgeable and informative. They had my Mini ready in a timely manner. I will be back in a month or so for a time-up. Hopefully this will turn out to be my go-to shop.

5 /5 Terri Tyson: Excellent service! Excellent Price! I was referred for I needed a mechanic for my older Benz.These guys where so impressive to me. Im not easily impressed! They needed to get my Mercedes running. Without if knowing them they didnt take advantage of me just because #1 Im a female and #2 Its a German car and older at that. I found many companies including the dealership doesnt want to work on older model Benz. I did have to get an appointment 2 weeks out and to have it towed in. The receptionist Sharon was very helpful and knowledgeable, I found she represented Franks very professionally and easy going just talking to her about my cars situation over the phone. Loved everything about my whole experience. I will be back!;Thank you very much!

5 /5 Andres A.: Ive been going to Franks Auto for at least 4 years at this point and cant recommend them enough. I have a vintage Porsche and they really know their stuff when it comes to old German auto repair. Theyve always been spot-on with any diagnostic assessments, explaining all issues, and then complete work quickly. Ive never had any issues with repairs coming back to haunt me either. They also bill very fairly! They have a good waiting room and value customer service. Nick, his team of mechanics, and of course Sharon at the front, always take very good care of me. Go check them out!

5 /5 Erin Shurtleff: I could not be more pleased with my experience with Nick and his team. A Monday rainy morning and a car window stuck down. Drove to Franks to see if they could assist. Angela at the front desk was so kind and cheery. John who assisted me was funny and had made cookies for the staff which speaks to their connection. Nick/owner was on the phone with me quickly with the assessment of the part needed. In my conversation with him, I let him know I am leaving the dealer to get my car care @ Frank’s because of the negative customer service at the dealership. He told me his philosophy of customer service, the importance of treating everyone with respect and giving the customer as much information as possible in order to make an informed decision. As a woman, I appreciate this so much as I’ve often been talked down to at other automotive shops. Today could have been stressful and annoying. It turned out to be wonderfully encouraging. I have a new trusted place to take care of my car. Thank you Nick, Angela, John and team!!
