We brought three cars into Stress Free Auto within a period of a month. From regular maintenance, tire sensor light fix to battery replacement. We had a car that was no longer working and originally brought it to another auto shop. After not being satisfied with that quote, we brought it to Stress Free Auto. Stress Free Auto far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and price. Naomi was a rock star! This will now be our go to auto repair shop. Our only regret is that we didnt find them earlier. Ed Barnes: I want to thank Hans and Alex who took hands on from the beginning to the end with our Jaguar. Hans and his team of mechanics at British Car Service is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our Jaguar F-Type convertible WITHOUT the sales pitch. After coming home from work one evening I had a really strong gas smell coming from the front engine. Called British Car Service the next morning and spoke with Hans and explained to him of the issue and made an appointment to have our vehicle to get towed in. Day of the drop off of our vehicle I also requested I may need a rear differential oil change and Hans said it was not needed since its only needed after 150K miles (we only had 70K miles on our car). Hans called me the next day of their findings of the gas smell. It was the rear bank 1 fuel feed line that Stewarts Automotive in Sacramento that damaged installing the new fuel pump and injectors (cost me $3000 for this job with Stewarts Automotive). I used to be a long time client of 18 years of Stewarts Automotive but NEVER again cause of all the issues they have caused with my vehicle. It was one thing after another and I questioned their work which now confirms my concerns. The day can came when Alex calls me that my car is ready for pick up. Came in and he showed me the damaged parts. Our car runs like a champ again. I cannot say enough of how thankful my wife and I are that we finally found a British auto mechanic that is to the point and honest of what needs repairs and what does not. Thank you again.

They diagnosed the issue and showed us the problem. It was late in the day, so he ordered the part for delivery the next morning. We left with the vehicle and returned the next morning. All in all our car was in the shop for less than 2 hrs to diagnose the issue, order parts and repair. All done for a reasonable price. uhhlexxxis: Two friends of mine recommended Henrys for auto repair. They related they were happy with their work and would go back if they had any additional trouble with their vehicles. I checked out their reviews like anyone else would and was immediately impressed. I came in and spoke with Emily. We set up a diagnosis and then determined when my vehicle would be serviced. They eventually pulled the motor, explained everything that was wrong, and even diagnosed additional things that could use replacement while the motor was out. I am so happy with the results that I can confidently say Henrys Auto should be your go to place for auto repair. I was able to visit the shop while my vehicle was worked on. The mechanics were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I intend to return for my regular maintenance in the future and for any additional repair my car may need down the road. Chris Jenks: Ive been with this shop, and Al Prince, since they were Honest Engine of Midtown, Sacramento. I respect their competence and integrity, and feel respected in return as they patiently satisfy my questions. I wouldnt risk going to another shop unless forced to because finding out if a business is reputable is hazardous and hard work.
