He extended the time of work just so he can perfect the exterior of the car because it had a few extra scratches on the bumper . 5 /5 Patrick Moore: I had two new tires put on in Monterey while there for work. Driving back to Sacramento I heard a rattling while driving in my left front tire which startled me. I was concerned it could be dangerous, so at 6:55 pulled off and found Fils. With all my might I hoped he would help me and not turn me away as he was closing at 7. He listened to me, brought a mechanic, Jo out to help. After spending 10, patient minutes with me, we learned the rattling was inside the tire, a tpms switch had broken off. I want to share how grateful I am for this shop and how they cared for me for no other reason than human kindness. Thank you, Fil and Jo for your kindness. Patrick and the black Cadillac
