5 /5 Donald Bickle: Great shop! Walked in on a Wednesday, made an appointment for the following morning and had my truck and answers back by the end of the day. This is the shop to go to if your just passing through town and having vehicle issues. Shane is very knowledgeable and takes his time with each customer (I watched a few interactions while there) and doesnt rush through your questions and concerns. The entire staff was extremely friendly. Special thanks to Reggie for taking care of my truck and really digging into the root of my problem.

5 /5 Jerry Fields: My wife and I are on a road trip through Northern California and had a slow leak in one of our tires. We stopped here for help and everyone we dealt with were really nice folks. They took care of the leak right away, price was reasonable! I’d highly recommend this auto repair shop. I heard Shane speak with several other customers, he’s very professional and a good communicator.

5 /5 Jared Campbell: Ive taken my car to several different mechanics over the years, but Ive never encountered one that seemed like a strong troubleshooter like this one. I had a very strange and complicated issue, and the manager took the time to ask lots of detailed questions to try to get to the root of the issue. They were very thorough, communicated well and provided a shuttle to get me to work. This is now the only place Ill take my car.

She even shuttled me back and forth to my home, which made everything so convenient. Shane was amazing to work with and really went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed done. The whole team was professional, honest, and made me feel completely taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and genuine people. This is definitely where I’ll be bringing all of my automotive needs from now on!

I purchased a classic car in Southern California and was driving up the coast to Seattle and ran into trouble near Eureka California. I called them five minutes before they closed on a Thursday and asked if there was any anyway they can get me in Friday. They told me to show up the next morning when they opened and they would get me in. They diagnosed the car, which is a severe engine problem that is going to be repaired by the seller. They held a car for a couple days for me for a covered truck to pick it up and take it back to Southern California. Professional front office and shop technical staff gave me confidence trusting them with my new to me classic car.
