1 /5 Tifahn Rodriguez: How does this place have five stars?? The experience starts with service. I called the salon, and asked for a new client appointment the following day if possible. The person who answered the phone said that there were no appointments for the following day because several stylists had called in and started to hang up. I asked for her to wait a moment and suggested another day. She said well I dont work on that day, let me ask if anyone else does. After awhile she came back and said maybe this other person can help you, but he isnt here to ask. Then she told me to hang up with her and call this other person, as she gave me the number, she told me how difficult it was for her to make out the information. Was the number written on a napkin? Why doesnt a supposedly high-caliber salon have a receptionist, a central appointment book, at least a legible list of contact information?? Next....
