5 /5 A. B.: Best ER ever! They treat my grandson that has Autism very well ! And I recommend to all my around people to go here! You must go first S. Josef ER! Then you can see the difference!!

5 /5 Leo N: Dr. Poon Charles and the attending nurse Hayk. Thank you both for your professional, attentive, compassionate, bedside manners and taking care of my father at the ER. The initial check-in was effortless and fast. The girls at the front did an awesome job on that as well. The staff were amazing, friendly and wonderful people. There was a second nurse he was very nice also (i forgot his name.) Overall, A+ which is hard to come by now a days in CA hospitals. Once again thank you staff for such an amazing job! Id highly recommend anyone to go with a piece of mind if in need of an emergency service knowing youll be treated as priority and be in good hands.

1 /5 varaz nazarean: On November 23 4:50am, I took my mom to emergency department because she had pain on her right shoulder. she was crying because of pain. we sat there for one hours and i asked front desk to see doctor. after one hours the call someone else who came there at 5:30am and she has the make up and she hold cup of coffee in her hand. I asked them why you send that lady first. They told me she has priority to he other people.

1 /5 Posit1ve E: First time I brought my mom to emergency room she had very high blood pressure and was about to lose consciousness, they said you ok go home and prescribed some blood pressure pills after we got home in like 20 min she lost consciousness we went back there they put her in a room and connected to IV after like a hour I noticed that liquid in IV the does not decrease( nobody would even come inside to check up on her whole hour ) I went to call a nurse turned out they connected it wrong and then liquid stopped again after like 30 min and I went to ask help again , they literally don’t dive a damn about what’s going on in a room and never came to check up. Second time I brought my father after he left his hand under the car hood , they did 6 stitches and prescribed antibiotics and painkillers and said to come back in 2 days for re bandaging , after we visited therapist in 4 days turned out that they prescribed wrong antibiotics and painkillers , they did bad stitches all 6 of them were torn after 4 days , on the follow up day doctor did wrong bandaging and my father now has infection in his finger. I don’t know what to say I want to cry and destroy everything at the same time
