1 /5 Margo Rabenau: Usually when you have an appointment, this lab is good. I had my appointment 7 AM fasting blood work when I arrive there and had my blood work taken at five minutes after seven. They said I would have to wait another hour and be provided with another blood test at 8 o’clock due to their scheduling and pick up time for samples, I was there at 6:45 for an 7 o’clock appointment and I was made to sit in their lobby for over an hour. I was told it was time sensitive the test and that I would be taking another blood draw at eight no that didn’t happen. The blood draw was at 8:15 because they wanted to see me wait. I told them I didn’t want to sit another 10 minutes after eight but they were annoyed because I spoke up, when the phlebotomist was taking the second blood draw 8:15, I asked her what can be done to fix this problem. All of a sudden her annoyance on her face as she was “thinking” It was disgusting the whole morning and nasty to me. It wasn’t right what they did and their attitude was Bad. They weren’t nice. I was there on time. I sat and waited quietly, but no they couldn’t cooperate with somebody that was coming in fasting and then made to wait another hour. That was stupid, really stupid and they couldn’t get their attitude right. The only way around this problem is to make an appointment and then call and hassle them about that appointment and what the requirements are. There’s no other solution according to them and they can’t even guarantee they know, that was pathetic. They were sad and pathetic there. They need to know their job better so they can inform patients better but I don’t know that’s too much trouble. Haley was very rude in my face!
