1 /5 Aaron Adamski: In September I scheduled a new patient appointment for the earliest date they had available which was end of January 2025. Today they called and said they are no longer taking new patients on that day and would have to reschedule me to March 30, 2025. Awful experience for new patients, they dont have enough providers. Stay away and go see someone at West Dermatology instead!

Leticia Perkins: Dr Kostich was the only one that was able to diagnose my mom. I went two times this month to Temecula Valley Hospital and was told there was nothing wrong with my mom. Finally I had to call 911 after she was screaming in pain and the MR took my mom to Inland Valley. in the ER Dr Kostich and Dr Yusutaly told me it was her artery and she could have lost her sight if not treated properly. I am very thankful for them. I had two weeks of not getting help and they were able to read the results that were taken in Temecula and all the other doctors didn’t see.

P Cee: This review isnt about the doctor - several friends highly recommend him and hes apparently a very good physician. But I tried to call his office repeatedly and his staff never answered, never returned a phone call. Not once or twice....but for weeks and months. How is that possible? Now he is no longer taking new patients. WHAT A SURPRISE (not). Sadly, most healthcare providers in this area have stunningly incompetent and unprofessional staff members.

She is extremely patient (answered all of my MANY questions), kind, & made me feel at ease with everything. Knowing that she was going to be out of town after my surgery, she made sure that I was given an appointment for a checkup before she left. With her I know that she genuinely cares & that I am in the best hands. Maisa is Dr. Agarwals right-hand woman & is as sweet as they come. She has helped me throughout this entire process & continues to do so. You can tell she works really hard & I feel truly lucky that she is a part of Dr. Agarwals team. She is without a doubt an absolute asset! :)

Amanda Keppel: Absolute worst office and dermatologist ever. The dermatologist was quick to cut me off in my concerns, and was super quick to prescribe creams. I got prescribes 4 or 5 creams in one quick 10 minute visit. He told me there was nothing to do about some of my concerns and only burnt off half of the patches on my hand leaving the other half untreated. To be frankly honest I dont know how some of these people got hired. Trying to make an appointment is near impossible and the staff is just overall super rude.

Christian: Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional and act like your bothering them when you ask a question! Also refused to see my child as an emergency walk in when she had a rash... They told us go to the ER if we needed an emercency visit because they dont do walkins or emergencies... Plus they said the other doctor (Dr. Cohen) in the office wont see babies under the age of 18 months...

Betty Bennett: Lets see if this get posted? On Aug 14, 2018 at 1030am my Husband had a appointment with Dr. Shermen. He was not only unprofessional , but extremely Rude. And wanted to change my husbands heart medication without even reviewing his past medical history from his former ep cardiologist. He wrote a post and sure enough, it was never posted. I feel if this doctor did not want to see my husband for a consult, he should have said so and we would not of wasted either of our time. I have notified my husbands HMO and our family attorney concerning this matter. Lets see if this gets posted.
