1 /5 P Cee: This review isnt about the doctor - several friends highly recommend him and hes apparently a very good physician. But I tried to call his office repeatedly and his staff never answered, never returned a phone call. Not once or twice....but for weeks and months. How is that possible? Now he is no longer taking new patients. WHAT A SURPRISE (not). Sadly, most healthcare providers in this area have stunningly incompetent and unprofessional staff members.

1 /5 Henrik Rasmussen: I like Dr Stanley -- have gone for over 10 years, but I do not think that office is run well, or maybe hes to busy, and things slips between the cracks, and when that happens, no apologies, no sorry letter/ e-mail /text -- nothing. When Stanley moved to another building I was never informed about the move. I thank my luck stars that I do not need to see a doctor often.

When I have an appointment with Paul (NP), despite his demanding schedule, he always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers all my questions, and clearly outlines the steps we will take to monitor my progress and any necessary follow ups. His involvement and attentiveness during our appointment(s) make me feel valued and confident in the care I am receiving. I also want to point out that I am impressed with the overall ease in scheduling appointments with the front desk. I have encountered flexibility in scheduling appointments with the office allowing me to be seen sooner rather than later when necessary. Also, I have experienced thorough follow-ups after appointments or inquiries regarding test results, treatment plans, or specialists. I always receive clear communication about my health and treatment options which is crucial for informed decision-making on my part. Finally, because of the outstanding communication channels, I have never felt frustrated and any uncertainty about the status of my inquiries. In other words, thanks to the front staff team, I feel well cared for. The dedication and commitment to patient care and detail are quite evident, and I am grateful to be in such capable hands. Thank you Dr. Stanley.

5 /5 Ari Calv: Hes a excellent doctor, Im always well taken care of here . His PA Boyf is awesome too. Im from the Inland Empire and I commute to Dr. Stanley . The Inland Empire doctors didnt believe me when I told them I have high blood pressure, even both my parents have hypertension. Dr. Stanley took my blood pressure like 3 to 4 times, he couldnt believe how high my blood pressure was. He even hooked me up to EKG in office, because he thought I was going to stroke out . Dr. Stanley said guess whose going on medication, and I said I am . Blood pressure is a silent killer, and if left untreated can lead up to organ failure or stroke and heart attack. Dr. Stanley saved my life by believing in his patients.

1 /5 Frank Truth: New patient. Receptionist makes a poor telephone impression. Robot -like, cold, unbusinesslike, off-putting. Ill see the doctor and update my review. No one answers the phone. After 25 rings a machine picks up to tell you NOT to leave a message but rather CALL BACK. I called back, no answer. 1/29/24. Whats up here?
