He is thorough in his examinations, including evaluating blood work to look for indicators for underlying conditions. He gets results back from your blood work and sits with you to explain every result, what you are doing good on, where you can improve on and how. Not to mention the extremely thorough physical exam he does. He gives you clear instructions on how to improve your health and actually listens to what you have to say as well. I always feel like I am in the best hands with Dr. Franklin and his entire staff. Jen, his PA, is absolutely fabulous! She is so easy to talk to and is just a wonderful PA. Ashley is always quick to get you back to do your vitals and get you into a room. I have never had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time here. Nikki, the receptionist is always so friendly and extremely helpful.

Alexis Maceira: I felt totally dismissed and unheard and they just kept trying to push pain meds on me for an obvious infection and said it is getting better even though I was literally in tears as he pushed DIRECTLY onto the area I said hurt and I even told him the pain had increased since my last visit. but he obviously did not care and kept arguing with me about it. He didnt even bring up one of the issues the radiologist put on their report until *I* brought it up and then told me basically not to worry about it or get my own referral from my insurance. Zero stars.

B Ramz: As a new patient I have a Positive and Negative review. Dr. Nilmeier is a great Osteopath who’s treating patients there part-time. He has a pleasant manner, he listens and provides effective gentle body work as well as traditional medical care. However the front office is below par in: Answering calls, scheduling appointments and general communication with patients (every call requires being put on a long hold). They appear overwhelmed and under-staffed. They now require a “yearly administrative fee” of $xxx; although for 2020 this fee is only good for 6 months, and it’s payable again in January 2021. I hope they get their act together soon because they’re in a great location to serve many local patients.

Adriana Samuel: I went in for a birth control implant removal and insertion of a new one. I told 2 different people i am very allergic to bandages. The latex adhesive rips my skin off. My doctor disregarded this and put Steri strips on my skin. This caused my skin to burn and itch. i slowly removed the strips and i had a blister on my skin as well as my skin being ripped off. Absolutely unacceptable.

Her treatment recommendation took my tumor from 2.8 cm to gone in 6 months. She followed my progress every step of the way, seeing me weekly and answering all my questions. She spends as much time as you need answering questions and supporting both my husband and me thru this journey. I feel that she has not only saved my life, she has also improved it. I highly recommend her services. Her staff is great. They make it easy to make appointments and get the meds I need. Wonderful experience considering the circumstances.
