1 /5 Narbik Estouni: My partner became visibly upset and left the office due to the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the front desk staff, particularly the manager. Our visit to the office was solely for the purpose of discussing insurance coverage. Should we need to return, we plan to document our interactions to gather evidence of any disrespectful behavior towards customers. If such incidents occur, we will take appropriate action and report the individuals involved.

1 /5 Anna Martirosyan: Never in my life have I seen such a disrespectful set of people, starting from the front, Ripsik and her crew, I mean the lack of compassion, ethics and overall demeanor is simply awful. The dr is never there and when she is, she will speak with you with the most condescending tone, as if the patients are wasting the little time she spends in the office. They will speak loudly about all your issues in front of the people waiting for hours in the tiny area, they gossip about patients, and we can hear everything. The medical services are non-existent, you will have to follow up yourself ask your own questions in case you have something that is off and basically you must do your own researches. I mean who do these people think they are, I really hope they will see this review have at a minimum a meeting about their behavior but knowing them i am not holding my breath! Please do some research before becoming a patient.

5 /5 Feliks Nalbandyan: The doctor was patient and easy to talk to. I had a couple concerns about my health and the doctor was very compassionate and helped put my mind at ease. I found the staff to be both friendly and thorough in their work. My family and I are happy that Dr.Arutyounian is our doctor because she is a present and attentive.

1 /5 Aleen Kalbian: I am not one to write reviews but if I can help save a life I will. Due to this pathetic excuse of a doctor my father lost his life. Dr. Narineh overlooked multiple test results and deemed them unimportant instead of investigating further. Instead of listening to her patients needs and concerns she prescribes medication in order to capitalize on innocent people. Your negligence cost my father his life, my mother will no longer be your patient. If you care about your loved ones, do NOT send them to this horrific, careless, inhumane woman. Take the white coat off, you are undeserving of the title.

5 /5 Inga Drago: I have been with doctor Narine for over 5 years and Im extremely happy with her. She is not only a fantastic doctor but also she is a kind, caring, concerned, all-around good human being. She takes the extra time to make sure Im well and to address all my concerns. I never feel rushed at her office or that Im just a number. She is genuinely cares about all her patients. As far as the front desk, most of all front desk workers can use some improvement but I personally did not have a bad experience with them yet.
