If you are a blonde looking for a new hairdresser look no further, Fionnuala is your girl. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my color. Her skill and attention to detail is unmatched. She has an abundance of knowledge and has helped get my hair back to full health after dying it blonde for years. If youre looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Dolled and Dapper.
