5 /5 Taylor Kline: I had an incredible experience with the labor and delivery team, and I cant thank them enough for their care and support throughout the process. My nurse, Lexie, was absolutely outstanding. She brought such great energy to the room and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was attentive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference during such an intense time. Dr. Tow, my delivery OB, was also amazing. From start to finish, Dr. Tow was professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate how focused they were on ensuring everything went smoothly, including making sure I didn’t tear during delivery. Their expertise and care made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout the whole experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to the other nurses who were with me during active labor. Though I didn’t catch their names, their energy and encouragement were so uplifting. They were right there, cheering me on and supporting me through each contraction, and I honestly can’t express enough how much it meant to have their positive energy in the room. I am so grateful to the whole team for making such an important moment in my life feel as calm and positive as possible. Thank you for everything!

4 /5 Delylah Villavicencio: Spent 7 hours in ER on a Tuesday afternoon, my 3yo daughter was checked in due to having a high fever just to be told it must be something viral but due to there being so many viruses they couldn’t identify which one. Overall the experience was rough due to having to wait so long and they had ordered tests but then one was forgotten to be done and it made the process even longer. However I will say there are certain individuals there who care with compassion and made my experience better. More notably ,Registered nurse “Lani” at the front desk was amazing and she really went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude it really made a difference. Being in the ER is never a good thing but with nurses like Lani it truly helps!

1 /5 Michelle Parra: The worse thing about the ER is the projected 9 hr wait time to get into the er waiting room, then another 5 or so hrs to get into a room. Last year around October my 83 yr old Mother went to er for rectal bleeding. She was very pail weak, dehydrated and has derviticulitis, plus she has a chronic back problem. She waiting around 10 hrs to get to the er bed, then was put in a room after 1am that night. She was given IV fluids and finally got her color back and felt better. She eventually got a colonoscopy a few days later and her care was about a 7 out of 10..The ER needs some major improvements, its very poorly managed. Im shocked she had to wait so long in the ER..Were considering taking her to a hospital in my area, if she needs an ER again, where the level of care is of satisfactory. There was another incident when she broke her back a few years back during covid and she was brought by ambulance there, They put her in a wheel chair, she was in excruciating pain and after about 5 hrs, she wanted to go home, to lay down so we picked her up. She ended up at the other hospital in Modesto a day later and the ER admitted her almost immediately.

5 /5 Angela Rodriguez: Gave birth to my second baby here. The entire hospital staff was super kind, understanding and accommodating. Labor and delivery felt like a breeze compared to the birth of my first baby at a different hospital. Would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone giving birth.

2 /5 Carol Libhart: My friend has been in this hospital for 4 days! I have been in here twice in those 4 days! I would imagine Florence Nightingale rolling in her grave. I plugged in O2 Sat monitor the first time I was in here after it beeping for 20 minutes low battery several personal sitting around the nurses station right across from her the beeping is annoying to both patient in this room. She phoned me several times saying She asked for water and She got it a couple hours later! I don’t expect a 3 star motel but basic courtesy of checking on a patient and refilling the water jug is the least that could be done. As well as Her bedside commode Reeks of urine and it is empty! Let me state that a care team that changes people everyday or so can not be effective to take care of a patients needs on a care plan! A Social Worker came in the first day and She has not heard anything more from anyone on the progress of the needs that they are supposed to be working on. Ask a nurse what is going on with her care plan? We are getting her O2 levels to stabilize and antibiotics to ward off Pneumonia . Ok that does make sense! But your patients are more than medication and paperwork! Nursing everywhere needs to go back to the old ways Of putting the patient first with compassion and dignity no matter what the status of their life situation is! Everybody has a story situations they are dealing with …. Kind words go a long way. Put yourself in their bed would you like the treatment your are giving? Granted nurses are busy, but without the patients in your hospital you would not have a business. I would like to commend Shawna for Her patients answering my questions and giving me the number that I requested! The first person who didn’t appear to be “in a hurry “ to be any where else but with the patient. She gets a 5 star.
