5 /5 Lincoln Donna LaFaye (Ailis58): My Surgery Was January 2022, Dr Hill is a great surgeon and knows his stuff, I was skeptical since Id had a Couple of botched surgeries prior to this one on my neck. yet it went great not much of a scar and very tenative staff, wonderful service couldnt have gotten better care any place else! So if you need a Great Surgeon and staff along with a quality hospital stay, Go see Dr Hill and his teams!!!!! Youll be glad you did.

5 /5 Ray Turner: Docs Surgical is a very good place to go if you need surgery. My wife had spinal surgery there last Tuesday and it was as smooth as it possibly could have been. The doctors, nurses and staff are very good and ensure the patient does not want for anything. The room was spacious and comfortable. They will let you know everything that is happening, which is important. When you need a nurse they are usually there within seconds rather than munites. I am very happy we decided to come here. Thank you to all the docs, nurses and staff -- Im bad with names or I would name them. But, you know who you are. Thank you again.

5 /5 D Glenn: Dr. Hill did my surgery here and man this place is/was the best hospital experience I have ever had. From the front desk representative to the day I was rolled out I was more then grateful for the help and support I recieved. The nurses I had ( Lindsey and Charmaine) were the absolute BEST!!!! They were very impersonal, compassionate and helpful with assisting me. They treated me and my family very respectfully! Not one complaint and would definitely recommend DOCS Surgical Hospital, hands down this place is the best!!!!!

Imagine that: you get a private room, one-on-one Nursing support, kitchen In house with menued items, or any other things you prefer to eat and they make them! I want to thank the wonderful hospital staff that helped me after my spinal surgery: James (the night nurse), Rucci (the day nurse), Jose, the assistant nurse and all the wonderful other staff. I just got home, but I had to write this! It s a gem of a hospital!!! I also want to thank my amazing orthopedic surgeon, Brian Perri, and his assistant Christine. And, of course, everyone else there. Highly highly recommended!!!!

Josh Lee: I am compelled to give an honest review. Recently had a visit at 4:30am for my 5 year old son who had severe stomach pain, was seen by Dr Libby, who showed no compassion or care, I know it’s an emergency room and there was no knife stcking out of my son’s head but please show some compassion. It doesn’t cost anything to say something simple as “hope you feel better” before leaving the room. I am giving two stars instead of one out of respect for the people who work overnight to provide service. But please, reflect on why you are in healthcare. Never going back to Huntington Hospital.

D: If you’re looking for compassionate, reliable healthcare—look elsewhere. As a local mom of two with urgent health concerns, I called 11 other general practitioners before reaching out to this office, desperate to find someone accepting new patients. I was exhausted, hopeful, and relieved when they agreed to schedule me with a nurse practitioner (they refused to make appt with doctor). They asked me to submit forms but never mentioned a deadline or that my appointment would be canceled if they weren’t received on time. When my scanner failed, I sent photos instead. Then, just 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment—after arranging childcare and preparing to finally be seen—I received a message saying my appointment had been canceled and given to someone else. No warning, no attempt to work with me—just gone. I pleaded with the office manager, explaining my situation and asking for a doctor’s appointment, only to be repeatedly dismissed and told I could only see a nurse. This level of cold indifference, lack of communication, and disregard for a patient’s well-being is shocking. I cannot imagine how they treat long-term patients, let alone their own staff. If this is how they handle a new mother in need, affected by recent fires, and struggling to get care, I shudder to think what others experience. Do not waste your time here—your health deserves better.

Sharon: Love the physicians, but dislike the difficulty of booking appointments. Came to this office for a blood draw after fasting 10-12 hours. Blood results need to be ready 2 weeks prior to any physical for evaluation. The wait time to schedule an appointment over the phone took about 20-30 minutes and my doctors availability was 6-months out. The health facility has a small, private, and paid parking lot. I paid $5 when I came in 2022. Street parking is available as well, but it can be hard to find. The day of my visit (2/12/2024), one of the elevators wasnt working and I saw several people misunderstand the sign and walk up 8 flights of stairs. Its more of a building maintenance issue, but thought Id comment that here. Maria was my phlebotomist and she asked me to fill out some paperwork before my blood draw. The patient before me cancelled, so she took me in early. Im not a fan of needles in general, and joked saying "my veins are too small" and Maria played along and said "I cant get out of this one" because she has small needles. Shes hilarious, professional, calm, and excellent at her job. She can make anyone whos afraid of needles feel comfortable. Check-in reminders were sent to my email and texted to my phone. Bills, upcoming appointments, lab results, and early check-in are easy to track at My CS-Link. The scheduling for future appointments is my only drawback.

cheska c: In case of an emergency you will not be able to reach anybody. We left messages with the call service and no one returned our calls. The front desk biller,is also rude. My baby was in the process of getting a measured and she rudely interrupted our doctor visit to let us know she was not insured. And this was after we signed a paper saying we will be responsible to pay if the insurance did not.Its a shame when Dr. Mechanic is profesional and passionate about her job. Great doctors. But the front staff need to be on her level of professionalism..

Bill foodie Davis: Dr. Preciado is an plethora of compassion and excellence as my former Doctor when I lived in California I went to urgent care at Huntington hospital with excessively high blood pressure where I first met Dr. Preciado, I did not have insurance at the time. She told me to call her office and set up an appointment. I then explain to her twice that I did not have insurance, she said twice "I didnt say anything about insurance, I said call my office and set up an appointment" that was the second sign that I was dealing with the doctor that was concerned about me and her other patients, and not the financial wealth of her personal needs! Dr Silvia Preciado is a Doctor that will listen to you as a person, not a dollar microwave oven for money for the corporation; thats important to me that my doctor cares about me. I have been going to doctors for more than six decades. I couldnt trust her more. She has impeccable integrity and character. Dr Preciado is one of seven doctors that I know, that has had my personal and best interest at heart, she really cares about the person without hesitation or financial status. She cares about you and your family with her whole heart. Her compassion made aware what kind of person and doctor she is; family medicine for the benefiting the whole family by keeping her medical patients whole and healthy! She abidides by the hypcratiac oath of old school doctors, not the new make sure you getting as much money as possible for the inconvenience of seeing the patient and make sure you get money for the insurance shakedown. Shes more like old school doctors in the 50s and 60s when care and service for the patient was paramount of the medical profession! She serves her patience with love and compassion for the patients whole health. This is the kind of service all professions must implement if they want a joyful client for life. In my humble opinion, youre one of the best doctors from the desert to the sea in all of Southern California expressions of Pasadena metropolis. Thank you Dr. Preciado Bill Davis Jr

Sequoya G: My mom was sent to Paronian as her primary care after Dr Spears retired. Long story short: my mom has been in severe back pain since February. It’s now almost the end of August and she’s been seen not once by Paronian himself (only via video call). He’s referred us to other doctors who haven’t followed up on CT scans and places that don’t have appts available until months down the road. Shes gotten nothing but the runaround. No relief just more prescriptions for ibuprofen which has landed her in the hospital from internal bleeding. 6 months of watching my mom struggle to walk just a few feet and having no enjoyment in her life. We go tomorrow to see another referral doctor and still have no results from two different CTs scans and no help from Dr Paronian. No care. No plan. No help. Hopefully we can get her a new primary soon. This is all just brutal.

Ginger Salas: We love Dr. Andrew. We switched him to be our primary physician when my son’s doctor wouldn’t see him in person due to COVID concerns when he was very sick. Dr. Andrew saw him same day and diagnosed him with pneumonia and gave him the care he needed. He has been consistently great with our son. My problem with this practice is that it’s impossible to call them without waiting on hold for 15+ minutes and they hardly ever have same day sick visit availability, so we frequently have to go to urgent care.
