Dan is honest informative and tells you exactly what is needed and what is not. His Customer Service is top notch and makes you feel so welcome like family. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. I recommend Dan and his team if you want the best!!! .My dad was a mechanic at Vic and Lous Union 76 in San Leandro for 25 years Im glad there are still old school honest mechanic shops today! 5 /5 shai ziv: My Dodge Challenger was diagnosed with a blown head gasket. It was pretty hard to find a shop that will be willing to do the work as the car exceeded the 100K miles. Called D&M and they were willing to do the work and quoted it at $4k. I turned the car in for the repair and they called me the day after to let me know they diagnosed the car and found there was no blown gasket and my problem was with the safety thermostat of the cooling system. They replaced the thermostat which costed me a little over $300. I was very impressed and appreciative of their honesty and integrity as they could have made much more money by sticking with the false diagnostics that I received from an other shop. I live 30 min away from Tracy but since then I bring all my cars to D&M as I know there will be no fishy business from these guys. Their prices were also much more reasonable than any other shop I received a quote from. Aneka, the lady who runs the front desk is very professional, communicative and willing to help with any question or logistic issues. Highly recommend. March 6 2024- Turned car in for oil cooler assembly; as always- quick, clean, great job for a very reasonable price.

5 /5 Jill Lintz: Ive been taking my cars, my fiances cars, and my family members cars to Dan and his team for the last 8+ years. Anytime someone tells me they are having a problem, I say "give me your keys, I know where to go." For years, time and time again - they have proven to be honest, fair, and are always kind. No one likes paying for car repairs, but Im always happy to see the team there when I have to go in. When labor doesnt take as long as anticipated, theyre honest and lower the charge. They never use an oil change as an excuse to up-sell repairs that arent necessary, and are top notch in communication. Its an incredible feeling to have a mechanic you can trust. Forever grateful for this shop and the team here.
