1 /5 Chrissy Moon: City Garage has been around in Tracy since I was a kid. Well know for the great quality of work and willing to go the extra mile to take care of the customer. I wish I could still say the same now. The quality of work isnt something I can speak on now,p because they never officially worked on my car. I took my car in and explained that the check engine light was on and that my friend at another shop ran the diagnostic on his scanner. I told them the code that popped up and the items that needed to be replaced and that I understand that they will need to scan it again. They happily took the car in and took my money. What they didnt reveal was that they didnt have the equipment to properly diagnose that late of a foreign car. Instead, they told me that after charging me for a diagnosis that I already told them.
So when you take your vehicle to City Garage in Tracy, or anyone for that matter, ask if they have the proper equipment to serve your vehicles needs.
