Ernesto Cano To my surprise, my new vehicle did not come equipped with wheel locks, prompting me to purchase a set from the dealership. I decided to seek an external service to have them installed. Fortunately, when I reached out on Sunday morning, I discovered that they accepted appointments that day. The representative I spoke with was friendly and confirmed that I could come in for the installation. Upon arrival, I encountered another courteous staff member who efficiently installed the wheel locks despite their busy schedule with other vehicles. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to accommodate my request on a Sunday, demonstrating their commitment to customer service. Thank you!

Aidan Had my tire done super quick and for super cheap. i would definitely recommend this place for tires especially. They were very hard working and very coordinated i would trust them to work on anything with my car.

Garret I was recommended the Service Station by a friend of our family, and Im glad that I came here. Despite them already having an overabundance of cars to work on after the holiday and every other place being so full they would turn away their customers, the Service Station was kind enough to take in my car regardless and run a diagnostic on the check engine light. I didnt expect to have my car back for a few days since they were so busy, but their services were incredibly quick and I was able to get my Ford back the same day I dropped it off! They found the issue in my engine and repaired it for a great place, as I expected the bill to be much higher. My experience at the Service Station was great - I will definitely take my car here again in the future if I ever need repairs. Respectable and honest people!

Stepnup AC compressor replacement. What a stand up guy, Del!! A bit of miscommunication on the repair costs and he was ready to hand over the service for FREE!!! WAY more than fair on the final service price (that I almost had to force him to take). He was more concerned about having an upset customer. If you need your auto fixed, in my case a Mercedes, by an honest and fair establishment, go to the Service Station in Tracy. Still in awe about how Del was more concerned about making his customer happy than making money. Service was done for a great price and in a timely manner. Now I understand why my dad always went there.

Ms Us We had an issue where we needed a bearing replaced and this shop did a great job. They took us in right away, they fixed the issue very quick, and charged us reasonably. I definitely recommend them.

Toss Trans Brought in truck due to an air leak that started night before, and they were able to accommodate me right away. Re-connected one brake chamber hose on passenger side and tightened the other on driver side. Took less than 3 minutes.

Christopher Hurst Today SpeeDee Oil Change in Tracy, CA saved me about $100. My drivers-side headlight went out. Because its not easy for me to get at, I searched around for estimates. The average was about one-hundred bucks, again mostly because its a lot of twisty work to get to and change the bulbs. Being open Sundays, I went to SpeeDee today and was expecting to drain my wallet a bit. However, the head mechanic took one look at my light, managed to get his hand down to electrical connector, flicked it, and the bulb came to life. Turns out it wasnt burned out; it was just loose. The SpeeDee folks said no-charge and I was on my smiling way. You know Ill becoming back there the next time I need something done! You just earned a loyal customer; thanks SpeeDee!

Isaac Ortega Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! I brought my car in for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I received. They failed to install an oil filter cartridge, which I only discovered after I went to do an oil change myself. I had been driving for 4 MONTHS WITHOUT THE OIL BEING FILTERED. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility and denied my request for a refund. My drain plug was installed WAY past any type of torque specification. Owner also will not replace this plug. Avoid this shop and employees at ALL COSTS!

Alejandro Alvarez I have been going with Mario at R&S transmission for over 10 years and he is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever known, the prices are great, service and quality very professional. He has done a few engines on different vehicles for me, differential, brakes, electrical, a/c, transmission and diagnostic that many other mechanics I’ve used weren’t able to do. The best thing of Mario is that he has a big heart and looks out for his customers. if you want an honest mechanical opinion, he is the one you want to ask. If he finds a simple thing that didn’t cost him in parts, he refuses to charge even though it was time consuming. I have always refused not to leave him at least a diagnostic fee when he has checked my vehicles or scanned them to find nothing wrong..keep up the good work Mario, you have my business for life!

Drew McCullough Mario is a legend!! Listen to what happened to my car and figured it out and even educated me about needing to be in neutral while check the oil in my type of transmission. Had me out within a couple hours. I recommend him to everyone, my jeep wrangler jk loves him!

Certified Dirty Idle Took my Mercury here to replace the blend door actuator and was very satisfied with the service. Estimated price was half of what I expected and was repaired in a timely manner. Would recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll be sure to bring any other of my vehicles here if necessary.

Julianne Anderson I was told by the Cadallic garage that I had a broken left engine mount and they wanted XXXX amount of dollars to fix. I came to City Garage and not only did they repair in a few hours, but I have no more clunking sound and they saved me bunches of money. Thank you for the great job repair.

Jenny Lewis Sarah and her team really helped me with my car trouble. I got stranded in town, from out of town, needing to replace an alternator to get back home. They got my car up and running in no time, and even helped me with some additional issues that Ive been putting off. Check out the beautiful job they did on my headlights! (Before and after pictures attached) Since my car needs a lot of work, Ill definitely come back! Friendly and competent staff. Totally recommend this location.

Raquel Castro This review is long over due. I took my 2011 Lexus here on my moms recommendation for the first time 2 years ago, for a water pump issue. I was stressed at the time with my cash flow as we often are when major car issues arise and every where else was quoting me three times plus what this shop did. I wasnt sure if this place was the right move for my car as I had always taken my car directly to Lexus for maintenance. Over these next few years, my car has been here for all its maintenance needs, including plugs, breaks and more recently, transmission. The job here is always done right and I always know Im getting an honest fair price. Im grateful to have found the Aquilles team for my cars needs. I recommend this place 100%

vanessa Brought my brand new car here after a tree fell on my car and left scratches all on the right side. Talk about luck. Family had used this place but for minor things. Did I not get my car back with overspray, dings and more scratches, a tear in my door. I brought my car back maybe 3 times and finally gave up because I didn’t want my car any more down bad than when I had got it back the first time. Guy said they didn’t touch the left side but I beg to differ and that’s on everything I love.

Rajeshwar V Hugo was able to diagnose the problem with my car belt that slipped and the part that was wiggling and fixed with correct part pretty quickly that was sourced from local auto parts store, he seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. His charges were very little higher than reasonable. Only thing i did not like is he missed plugging back my car cooling fan which I later figured out and fixed after checking the heating problem cause coolant reduction. I kind of not completely understand why he needed 2 gallons of coolant to fix. Overall, what matters is he fixed my broken car pretty quickly within 2+ hours. I would recommend using his services watchfully.

Essential Heating and Air ZERO STARS – CROOKED AND SCAMMING SHOP If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My wife took our Mercedes GL 450 in for a simple oil change and to check a coolant leak. What followed was a complete scam operation. First, they told her three hoses were leaking. The next day, that number magically jumped to nine. By the time she went to pick up the car, suddenly it was TEN hoses. Then they had the nerve to try and charge us $3,000 to replace them – without ever giving a proper, detailed diagnosis. Just vague nonsense like, “the hoses are leaking.” They clearly tried to take advantage of my wife, thinking she wouldn’t question it. No transparency, no breakdown of the supposed issues – just a $200 charge for a “diagnosis” that told us absolutely nothing we didn’t already know. And then $300 for a basic oil change? Outrageous. What makes this even worse – I have all the paperwork to back up everything I’m saying. Every contradiction, every unexplained charge, it’s all documented. This wasn’t a misunderstanding – this was a straight-up attempt to scam us. To Add to this the gentleman at the front, named Alan, had the audacity to tell my wife he was doing her a favor and going above and beyond for her — as if we weren’t paying for the service, as if we couldn’t set an appointment just like every other customer. Completely condescending and disrespectful. 0 training=0 stars!!!! This place is completely crooked. Predatory, dishonest, and shady as hell. No wonder the shop is always empty – how they’re still in business is beyond me. We picked up the car and walked away from this joke of a company. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE BBB Avoid at all costs. Zero integrity, zero professionalism, and ZERO stars.

I love my older Mercedes and everyone at Autobahn Motors has done an exceptional job of serving it. Parts do were out and things do have to be replaced, I like that they only use Mercedes OEM parts. It has 254,000 miles and still running strong. Thank you to everyone at Autobahn Motors.

Marysol Bautista This place was recommended to me and I am glad to have gone to Brake Masters Tracy location to get my car checked for brake inspection and also electrical system test. I was told by another car shop that my brakes needed to get replaced soon, but when Brake Masters checked my car, they said that the brakes are still in great condition. I also got an oil change here since they noticed my oil was darker then the normal. The manager Jordan is approachable and friendly and it seems that he is that way with his team as well as customers. The employees here also seem to communicate well with each other. I will get my car done here for future oil changes and any repairs knowing I can trust the establishment. I would suggest making an appointment because wait times can vary for walk-ins, but overall the wait is worth it if you need an honest and reliable place to get your car worked on.

Nv P I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️

Terence Green I have to say that Luis Medina and his sons do an AMAZING JOB!!! My Mercedes had a few dings and scratches and I trusted a local bonehead, that was referred, to do the work. That was a big mistake! He made a mess of my bumper and hood. I Googled auto body shops in Tracy, CA and I found A1. I called the shop and Luis (The Dad) Medina answered. He listened to my woes and said “Bring the car by and I’ll take a look.” When I arrived, I was greeted by Luis and he gave me a fair price for the work. He finished my job in a day! I was amazed by the quality of the work. I decided to have him and his sons clean up all the imperfections, and to my delight, my old car looks like new! When Luis was away for the weekend, his son took very good care of me. Basically, your car is safe in the Medina’s hands. Trust me…They’re amazing. Luis is my guy!
