5 /5 KP Naidu: I got my 2005 Prius serviced at City Auto Care & Tire. Work involved replacing the front and rear shocks and struts, replace the water pump, exchange transmission and brake fluids, replace spark plugs, engine and cabin air filters replaced, wheel alignment, replace front and rear wiper blades. The work was completed in one day. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Also, got a 15% discount as a Costco member. The car runs great now. Very happy to recommend them.

4 /5 Krishnan Nadadhur: This is my first visit as I got to know about this service center through Costco. I just went to change oil and brake fluids. And after inspection was told that the front shocks needs be replaced. Harry is a nice person and he provided the estimate for the change with details. Since I have not done any major repairs as I go again I will know more details about their service. So far it has been a pleasant experience.

Garret: I was recommended the Service Station by a friend of our family, and Im glad that I came here. Despite them already having an overabundance of cars to work on after the holiday and every other place being so full they would turn away their customers, the Service Station was kind enough to take in my car regardless and run a diagnostic on the check engine light. I didnt expect to have my car back for a few days since they were so busy, but their services were incredibly quick and I was able to get my Ford back the same day I dropped it off! They found the issue in my engine and repaired it for a great place, as I expected the bill to be much higher. My experience at the Service Station was great - I will definitely take my car here again in the future if I ever need repairs. Respectable and honest people!

This time I made an appointment a week before now I am here and this guy says the he is not here and They really dont care about my appointment and my time and this is my day off only so unprofessional and careless people work here . Please dont waist peoples time if you make an appointment make sure to take care of them . I request everyone that not to come here and do business with them very very poor customer service I am sorry to say that but you made me to write it this time . Business cant be done like this I dont know how you to keep it like this and u losing now and no more business with u .:(

Luis Angel Solorio: Sonny, is the worst. Horrible communication skills. Called later to get a quote on how much it would be to service my car, said he would call back in 30 mins with an estimate. Never heard back. This is after I spent $600 plus for a diagnostics and a battery change at their shop, that supposedly was ‘bad’. They are very over priced, let alone rude. AAA recommended this shop for the silly %10 off… that’s just a gimmick. Will call and let them know how unprofessional these people are. And that %10 is pure bull
