5 /5 Amanda Ybarra: I have been going to Mai (Dimension Nails owner) for 10 years now. And for 5 of those years I would come all the way from Sacramento just to have her do my nails . She’s that great . She knows what I like and what I don’t like . If you give her free range on the design she goes all out for you and her prices are reasonable. Her nail salon is always clean, organized and welcoming to come into . I highly recommend making an appointment in a timely matter for her because her shop does get busy with walks in and such. I wish people could be more understanding and patient with her at times when appointments may take just a bit more time than expected. Some things are completely out of her control . I am so happy to have moved back to the Bay Area , I live in Antioch and gladly make the drive to concord to see her for my monthly full set and pedicure . Thanks Mai for always taking care of my beauty needs this past 10 years !

5 /5 Kayla Conger: Me, my mom and my sister have been going to Mai for YEARS! Even when I moved to AZ, whenever I’d come home, I’d be sure to book an appointment with Mai because my nails would last forever and she always does the best job. If you want nails that last and look amazing, go see Mai!

1 /5 Galina Moliboga: Not sure what you have to do to get 5stars, but my experience is no more than 1. This place was recommended very highly to me. Yesterday went to get my nails done and what a s.... job. Owner asked me if I was happy , I said no (nails looked terrible) All she did was wished me a good day. Do not reccomend this place to anyone. Picture one week later after my nails (gl)were done

She uses high quality products, I go every 3 weeks for a fill and never lose a nail, my pedicure last 6 weeks!! She’s an amazing artist and does incredible work!

1 /5 A A: I got dipping powder on my natural nails and within 2 days after getting them done here they started to break off. I really loved the service and the people but very disappointed with how my nails started to deteriorate.

Its impeccably clean with modern furnishings, and they truly know how to do nails the right way. They offer an incredible variety of colors that are low in chemicals. Ive even seen their sanitation records from the county, proving they use perfectly sanitized tools for manicures and pedicures. It feels like youre in the comfort of your own home while enjoying a mani/pedi, complete with a big-screen TV. Plus, they offer a complimentary glass of wine! As a family-owned business, I will definitely continue to support them for years to come. Their appointment-based system also helps with time management, making the experience even better! They just opened up a new shop to expand and take new customers!

Elise Lucchese: Went here for my wedding nails and very disappointed! Firstly the nail polish came off within 3 hours of getting my pedicure. Secondly the quality of my gel manicure is awful. The angle they are pointing is ridiculously bad. I don’t know how they didn’t see that they are pointed up towards the ceiling. I was too embarrassed to ask them to fix it but also realized they probably would have just ruined them even more. Will never go back there again and I will be going to have my nails fixed before my wedding. Really such awful quality all around.

Kaylin Fisher: I always have the best time here with DJ. She is very artistic and patient when it comes to nail designs. I usually get a full acrylic set with all kinds of different polishes and designs every three weeks. The nails are all the same shape and length which is not something that can be guaranteed at some other shops. I can usually bring in a bunch of pictures Ive found online of new designs and we will choose the best looking one for her to do. She also has new design ideas from other customers if I cant decide. She has done some really intricate designs on me and her pricing is very reasonable. DJ also waxes my eyebrows and cuts/colors my hair. Nails forever is a one stop shop and I always leave impressed.
