5 /5 Kathleen Mitchell: I’ve been going here for over ten years. They always do what you ask for and have no problem adjusting if you change your mind mid design. Linda and her staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

2 /5 Adriana Serrano: I really liked going here for eyebrow waxing I usually get my eyebrows waxed here with Wendy her work is amazing and she does a very good job. I was very disappointed with my experience when I went yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed I was waxed by a different lady who cut my right eyebrow off way too much from the front and she did not do a good job at all at shaping them evenly. I went back inside to tell her that my right eyebrow was not even to my left one and she just made excuses for it and refused to give my money back I don’t recommend waxing your eyebrows here with anyone else but Wendy. The lady’s customer service skills were horrible and she didn’t seem to care at all whatsoever.

3 /5 Tanja Odzak, Realtor, Our East Bay Home: I’m conflicted… I really like the work they do. That foot Dremel is a total game changer! It’s awesome. Their prices are also reasonable. However, I don’t see them using new nail files or pumice stones or sandpaper on the dremel for each client. It makes me worried about foot/nail fungus.
