I booked a day prior for myself and my friend to get manicures and we were sat right at our appointment time the next day. Quick but thorough and consistent results each time! And a modest $42 for a quality gel mani!

5 /5 Anna Lydia Ryan: I can’t stop staring at my beautiful nails after my manicure here! This is the very best manicure I’ve had here in San Francisco. I gave Tracy some photos and she was able to make my fingers look even better than the photos! They were also meticulous about cleaning and trimming every micron of my cuticles, and yet somehow there was no redness or bleeding! I did nail tips, but she made them look incredibly natural and smooth—and she gave me tips for how to gradually grow out my nails so someday I won’t need tips. The pedicure was also great! I almost hesitate to leave a review as I want to keep this place to myself. But I can’t be selfish! Thank you!

5 /5 Alice Huang: Tracy gave me the best dip + gel manicure I’ve ever had — she had so much attention to detail and even placed individual big glitter pieces on my nails to make them shine more. The price was also more affordable than most other places I’ve been to, especially for the quality. 10/10!!

4 /5 Emily Chen: Update: the owner apologized to me, offered a complimentary gel manicure, and shared that the lady who scarred my face got fired. I’m glad she tried to make things right and I will continue to go here for my nails. I’ve been going here for years and the nails have generally been high quality with a wide selection of colors. However, I was disappointed with how the staff handled things when they messed up. I usually get my eyebrows done by the owner (Tracy). Another lady did mine and took a huge chunk off my skin - leaving a permanent big scar above my eye that I’ve had for months. When I told the owner about the damage the day after, she suggested I must’ve made the scar myself. This felt offensive given I had photo proof from an hour after the waxing and am a long-time customer who tips well. She reluctantly gave me a refund ($14) - but this doesn’t even begin to cover the damage from a permanent big scar on my face. I hope they retrain the lady who did this to me - especially since she had messed up my eyebrows once before already. I was very surprised how they treated me given I was a good long time customer. The staff are generally nice, but may not be when it matters.
