I’ve been going here for years and the nails have generally been high quality with a wide selection of colors. However, I was disappointed with how the staff handled things when they messed up.
I usually get my eyebrows done by the owner (Tracy). Another lady did mine and took a huge chunk off my skin - leaving a permanent big scar above my eye that I’ve had for months.
When I told the owner about the damage the day after, she suggested I must’ve made the scar myself. This felt offensive given I had photo proof from an hour after the waxing and am a long-time customer who tips well. She reluctantly gave me a refund ($14) - but this doesn’t even begin to cover the damage from a permanent big scar on my face.
I hope they retrain the lady who did this to me - especially since she had messed up my eyebrows once before already. I was very surprised how they treated me given I was a good long time customer. The staff are generally nice, but may not be when it matters.
