5 /5 Andrew Panoyan: Zach is amazing got my car in the morning and was done by 2:30! this is my 2nd time going to dent experts the first time i had 3 huge dents on my door they did a full dent repair and paint job they matched the paint absolutely perfect to my mercedes looks like nothing even happened!!. This time I had some paint chips on my door handle and some scratches that needed to be buffed out. Literally looks freakin perfect. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here at all.

They were friendly and efficient, kept me informed and also graciously let me leave the vehicle there for a week due to my travel plans. Furthermore, they negotiated with my insurer to get covered for replacing the door, whereas they could have done a bondo job under the initial insurance estimate. Dent Experts are now my go-to body shop.

If you want corporate bureaucracy and staff that just punches the clock, go to Caliber Collision. Kay Lee and Dave are car people who care about their customers, their work, and their people. You will be in good hands and get top flight paint and body work here. Especially recommended for classics and restorations. These are people who judge car shows. They know good work and deliver it day in and day out. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Ella Williams: This review comes a while after the fact, but I often reflect on how amazing the service I received here was and keep them in mind for future repairs. I had damage repaired on the front end of my car and the fender liner replaced last year, and the service was very fast and well done. As an out of state college student, Kay Lee was a godsend. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart. Dent experts went above and beyond for me and my car, and I 10000% recommend them to others!

5 /5 Scott Glass: Dent Experts is the best body shop in the Santa Barbara area. I cannot begin to express how happy I am with Dent Experts, their technicians and in particular Kaylee, the manager of the shop. My BMW was hit in a hit and run a few months ago. I had been going back and forth with my insurance for weeks about getting the car repaired when they finally told me my car would be a total loss. I felt helpless. I love my car and the last thing I wanted to do was get rid of it or have it considered salvage. I called Dent Experts as a last chance attempt at saving my car. Thank god I did! Kaylee knew exactly what I was going through and went ABOVE AND BEYOND working with me on a estimate to fix my car at a price that would prevent it from becoming a total loss. Dealing with Dent Experts felt like I was dealing with family friends. Kaylee treated me as though I had been a costumer with them for 20+ years. I have never experienced a business with such integrity, professionalism, customer service and skill. 11/10 in every way possible. Long story short Kaylee and the Dent Expert technicians not only repaired my car, they made it look better than when I bought it a couple years ago. My car is back on the road with a clean title and looks unbelievable. My advice to anyone in need of body work is to make Dent Experts your first choice, go to shop.
