Eric Wilms I recently took my 2012 handicap van to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a general check-up, and I had a great experience. The staff was professional, personal, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making it easy to understand what my vehicle needed. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated their attention to detail. It’s always nice to work with a team that’s friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Thomas K Schultheis LOTS OF ISSUES: They totally up-sold me to services I didnt request. They charged me for a part that I supplied and charge me $50 labor for a task that the manager said took less than two minutes. Im checking my tires. I had to take time out of my day to go back and get a credit for my supplied part. The next morning, I discovered that my tire stem caps, which were chrome and that I put on a few days prior to my servicing, were missing. Its not that they are terribly expensive, its inconvenience of having to re-order something I had done a week before. I also asked that my invoices be emailed to me and they were unable to do that. I have no way of knowing that the radiator flush was done or if the right anti phrase was added, nor do I know if the heavy duty synthetic oil was actually added.

Brien Gray *TOP RECOMMENDATION* If you need a competent, thorough, conscientious and cost effective mechanic that you can trust, Justin at Airport Motors is the man for you. My wife and I were traveling through Santa Barbara in a 2009 Honda Accord when the battery light came on. We pulled into an auto parts shop late on a Sunday night, and they recommended Justin us. We stayed the night, and pulled our car into his shop at 7am Monday morning as he was opening. He knew what the problem was after quickly diagnosing it, ordered the parts, and explained in detail to me what happened and why. He prioritized us travelers and we got our car back in about four hours. My wife and I are truly fortunate we found Justin and are very appreciative that he was able to fix our car and get us on our way home. Justin and his team get my highest recommendation.

Jim Mannoia By reputation the best body shop in Santa Barbara. Very efficient with at least six to eight agents all sitting at separate desks ready for customers walking in. They immediately take pictures jump on the computer and give you an estimate within 5 minutes. They handle the relationships with the insurance company and in our experience the finished product is of top quality.

Mia Aagaard This has been my go to auto body shop in my college town and they have been so helpful to me every time! I have gotten my bumper fixed here as well my replacing my headlight bulbs. I did a walk in for my headlights and they were willing to take me in right there so that I wasnt driving at night with no light and they completed the job very quickly. I would 100% recommend their services!

Benjamin Stuart Thompson Kris Beswick is very a knowledgeable and dedicated and thorough mechanic. He is known and trusted by the automotive community in this area and handles tough jobs others cannot be bothered to do. He is an honest family man. He usually has his hands in an engine compartment, so it is not always easy to get him on the phone, but he responds to texts. Kris took on a complex overhaul of our 1950 Ford F1 and we highly recommend him.

Jack May Kris Beswick is a reliable and creative mechanic who took excellent care of my 2000 Ford E350. He always answers calls and texts, and finds smart, practical solutions for tough repairs. Highly recommend.

Max It is nice. There is no food that you can buy inside. I was looking for snacks, but they did not have any. It is on the cheaper side, so that is cool. It is not dirty and not very busy. They sell propane, and they will do oil and smog changes for you.

He could have charged me for a supposed leak, but it turned out to be just a loose cap. He also helped me install my license plates as a courtesy. Really appreciated his service!

Diana Mac Donald Best autoshop i’ve ever been to. Honest. Kind. Quick. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I recently got a vw on my move up for college to santa barbara. My battery recently died and needed replacing and i went to autozone, o’reilys, and four different autoshops with no luck. Many different businesses tried to scam me, had long wait times, or made the process very difficult. Whoever here they took me in and fit me into there schedule. I was in and out very quickly. The customer service was beyond wonderful. I will from now on only be coming here for my car troubles. On top of the impecable service, at the end of the service I asked if they accepted apple pay because in the craziness and hassle of the day i had lost my credit card. I offfered to walk and get cash back or come back and drop off cash but the owner refused and told me the service was on him and to have a nice day. I will be going back and leaving a tip. This is the place to go 10/10!

Andrew Panoyan Zach is amazing got my car in the morning and was done by 2:30! this is my 2nd time going to dent experts the first time i had 3 huge dents on my door they did a full dent repair and paint job they matched the paint absolutely perfect to my mercedes looks like nothing even happened!!. This time I had some paint chips on my door handle and some scratches that needed to be buffed out. Literally looks freakin perfect. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here at all.

They were friendly and efficient, kept me informed and also graciously let me leave the vehicle there for a week due to my travel plans. Furthermore, they negotiated with my insurer to get covered for replacing the door, whereas they could have done a bondo job under the initial insurance estimate. Marie Christensen Joe was great. I took my 1952 Model 62 Cadillac into his shop after another mechanic had let the car sit in his yard for over a year. The car hadnt been running for at least 12 years. Joe brought the car back to life, and it didnt cost a fortune. We didnt get into restoration work, but he did everything necessary to have the car run safely so I could sell it. He was honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I highly recommend Joe.
