5 /5 Diana Mac Donald: Best autoshop i’ve ever been to. Honest. Kind. Quick. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I recently got a vw on my move up for college to santa barbara. My battery recently died and needed replacing and i went to autozone, o’reilys, and four different autoshops with no luck. Many different businesses tried to scam me, had long wait times, or made the process very difficult. Whoever here they took me in and fit me into there schedule. I was in and out very quickly. The customer service was beyond wonderful. I will from now on only be coming here for my car troubles. On top of the impecable service, at the end of the service I asked if they accepted apple pay because in the craziness and hassle of the day i had lost my credit card. I offfered to walk and get cash back or come back and drop off cash but the owner refused and told me the service was on him and to have a nice day. I will be going back and leaving a tip. This is the place to go 10/10!

Upon noticing the severity of the condition of my car, he was able to squeeze me in the same day and I was able to pick up my fixed car the very next day! It runs great now and I have peace of mind driving and can enjoy using it this weekend. Thanks Eric!

5 /5 jamie perham: I come down to Goleta about every other month to see my 92 year old mom and this time, my 2011 Subaru Forester, had a little shimmy on the HWY. I brought it in first to get my wheels balanced but that didnt help. I took the advice and recommendation to call Eric at Fairview Motors. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable and figured out that it was my front axle. He was able to get the part the next day and went out of his way to complete the job that same day!! After a very smooth ride back home to Santa Rosa (7 hours) I cant say enough about how grateful I am to have brought my car to Eric at Fairview motors. Many thanks !!
