My estimator, Chris, made sure I was always kept up to date on the progress of the work and made sure everything went seamlessly. I then saw that Classic Collision in Goleta is a USAA-approved auto body shop. I checked, and the reviews were good, so I went with them for the repairs. I must say that I was greatly impressed with Jamie Alvarez, who did an outstanding job providing excellent customer service. He greeted me very warmly (after I first met a kind Gilbert) and went out of his way to ensure that I was kept informed and completely satisfied through the process and with the work done. Having spent decades in the customer sales and service industry, I would hire Jaime in a second. Thank you again for a smooth and easy repair.
