5 /5 Jordan Hancock: My nails were in very bad shape, very broken and very cracked deep down in the nail bed. My nail tech Tracy was the most gentle person I could have trusted to help me. Completely pain free and she listened to everything I asked. She was patient with me and paid great attention to detail. She worked with me to get the nails I desired that would help them grow again without causing future damage to my already fragile nails.
