Since getting nails and waxing are luxuries rather than necessities, I find it inconvenient, especially considering I usually spend over $200 for my daughter and me. They do offer an ATM, but it incurs additional fees, which feels unnecessary given they are equipped to accept debit and credit cards. This policy might drive clients away. Additionally, they seem to have inconsistent rules about appointments and card payments. They often claim they dont take appointments on Fridays and Saturdays, but I’ve been asked to wait while they prioritize walk-ins. This inconsistency with payment methods and appointment scheduling seems unprofessional and could negatively impact their business.
